Property "Villa Albertina" is located ... m from the beach and from the sea as the crow flies 20 m. To give you a better idea of where you can swim, we went through our database of photos and based on GPS coordinates we have calculated the distances of the property from the nearby beaches.

How do we see it?
Stone house Albertina stands out of ordinary accommodation due to its attractive position at the tip of a serene bay. It is surrounded by ancient pine trees, a little Mediterranean garden and wild rosemary bushes, which stay at the origin of the name assigned to the whole bay. You can savour the rocky footpath access down to the pier, where you can have a sunbath or tie your boat. Summer stays in the house are very pleasant due to the shade of ancient trees and afternoon breeze on the cape. Rocks on the coast are flat and quite comfortable for sunbathing. Access to the sea on most places is gradual and suitable even for children.
The great advantage of this stone house is its carefully maintained surrounding grove and the shade it creates, where you can take a nap, enjoy your readings or just shelter from the scorching sun. The coast down the house offers one of the most beautiful view on the Adriatic Sea. The sight to the majestic mountain of Biokovo over the village Sumartin, Makarska Riviera and the island of Hvar spreads all around the tip.
This accommodation wellcomes cyclists, surfers, kayakers and others. An interesting location for divers is just nearby. Surfboards, bicycles and kayaks could be kept under the pine trees. The road ends in the neighborhood, and is followed by wild coves outspread for many miles up to the Bol settlement. The majority of guests who visit Albertina once, regularly return. The house is suitable for groups of friends.
Aromatic herbs, the pine scent and the moist sea air gently heal respiratory organs. Crickets, sea birds tweeting and the sound of waves is naturally stress releif and heal your nerves. One more curiosity: during the stay in Albertina or shortly afterwards, six babies were conceived, particularly by couples who previously had problems with conception!
The quality karst drinking water flows from the tap in the house. The landlady is trying to follow the ecological principles - waste is sorted, ecological detergents are used and only rainwater is used for watering.

Conditions for entering Croatia with a dog
The dog must be microchipped, have a passport and a valid rabies vaccination.
Only those breeds of bull terriers that are recognized by the FCI (International Kennel Club) and the owner has a pedigree from the dog are allowed to enter the country. Crossbreeds of bull terriers are not allowed to enter Croatia. If a dog is a bull terrier cross, it is presumed to be a bull terrier cross.

Děkujeme moc za krásný týden na Albertině. Byla jsem zde již počtvrté a opět jsem se došla k tomu, že Albertina je svojí polohou, krásným prostředím a celkovou atmosférou, kterou zde dotváří majitelka paní Alba, je pro mě nejlepší místo v Chorvatsku a že se sem chci zase brzy vrátit. Klid, soukromí, krásné koupání v průzračném moři, vůně borovic a bylin, cikády, divoké chorvatské skály - to vše v kombinaci s komfortem útulného domu - to je něco, čím je Albertina zcela jedinečná a neopakovatelná!!! Těšíme se na příště.

Na Albertině je klid a pohoda, spousta prostoru kolem domu - největším luxusem je borovicový háj přímo před domem, kde si můžete relaxovat ve stínu kdykoliv během dne.

Když jsem téměř před 20ti lety objevila Albertinu, našla jsem dokonalé místo pro dovolenou s dobrými přáteli. Důkazem mého tvrzení je to, že se zde setkáváme stále. Naše životy se mění, přibylo nám dětí i vnoučat, ale lepší místo, kde se dá jen sedět na terase, občas sejít dolů na molo a vykoupat se v čistém moři, společně vařit i pařit, a pak pospávat pod borovicemi, jsme opravdu nenašli. Letos nám ho majitelka ještě vylepšila novou a krásnou kuchyní. :-)
Na Albertinu jezdím od roku 2000. Byla jsem tady už tolikrát, že si připadám, že sem jezdím na chatu. Chatu, která má výhled na moře, vůni borovic, šplouchání vlnek a usínání u cikád. Nikdy se mi neomrzí pohled z lesíku na protější Sumartin a vzdálenější Makarskou. Je to výhled k nezaplacení. Když si vezmu knihu do hamaky v lesíku, stejně se vždy přistihnu, že čtivo zůstane netknuté a já se nemůžu nabažit toho pohledu. Albertina je nadčasová vila a nádherně zapadá do okolí. Poskytuje dostatek stínu pro úkryt před sluníčkem, dostatek prostoru pro zábavu a hlavně je to jen pár kroků ke krásnému moři, které je čisté a klidné. Moc ráda se sem vracím i kvůli majitelce, která nám vždy pobyt zpříjemní povídáním o Brači, tipy na nejlepší nákupy a výlety, výbornou kuchyni.
Projel jsem mnoho zemí a ubytoval se na mnoha místech, avšak žádné se mne tak příjemně nezhostilo jako Albertina. Paní majitelka je laskavá hostitelka a v tomto malebném místě a krásné vile nic nechybí.
Cítila jsem se zde, na své již druhé dovolené krásně... jako na návštěvě u milé, pohostinné chorvatské příbuzné, s hlubokou znalosti místních poměrů. Kombinace s pro mne nejpůvabnějším místem Chorvatska má blízko k ideálu.
V domě Albertina a v letovisku Selca jsem skoro "doma". Vůně borovic, rozmarýnů, máty ... a moře. Laskavá Alba mě provede domem na cikadami ozvučenou terasu, na mole spatřím fascinující kulisu Biokova a jsem ztracená...opět. Komu by to bylo málo, doporučují občas si přivstat na východ slunka. V ten moment vím, že jsem ve správný čas na správném místě.
Již po šesté krásná, klidná a pohodová dovolená ve vile Albertina, která je vhodná pro skupinu kamarádů naladěných na společnou notu. Dům je v příjemném stínu krásných borovic, moře na dosah. Koupaní je v zátoce a na mysu, hlavně bez lidí. Tenisové kurty a petanquové hříště pro sportovní vyžití jsou v nedaleké Selce. Možnosti výletů pěšky a na lodí po okolních ostrovéch jsme plně využili, včetně návštěv vinoték s místními produkty. Děkujeme a rádi se zase vrátíme!
