How far is the house from the sea and where to go to swim?
Property "Secluded holiday home Luce" is located ... m from the beach and from the sea as the crow flies 25 m. To give you a better idea of where you can swim, we went through our database of photos and based on GPS coordinates we have calculated the distances of the property from the nearby beaches.

How do we see it?
The house is located right by the sea in Lučica bay. Many yachtsmen consider this bay one of the five most beautiful on the Adriatic. You can reach the property after a 2 km drive from the well-known yacht harbor in the settlement of Milna (Marina ACI Milna). Unspoiled nature, crystal clear sea, abundance of fish and peace will guarantee you an unforgettable vacation. The climate is so pleasant in this part of the island of Brač that it is possible to stay here from spring to late autumn. A total of 10 people can be accommodated in the house. The place is perfect for Robinson tourism, fishing, diving and yachtsmen. In the peak of the summer season, this bay is regularly visited by owners of large yachts from all over Europe.

Conditions for entering Croatia with a dog
The dog must be microchipped, have a passport and a valid rabies vaccination.
Only those breeds of bull terriers that are recognized by the FCI (International Kennel Club) and the owner has a pedigree from the dog are allowed to enter the country. Crossbreeds of bull terriers are not allowed to enter Croatia. If a dog is a bull terrier cross, it is presumed to be a bull terrier cross.

kvalita ubytování ,čistota i vybavení velmi dobré až na čistotu pláže.

Nejedná se o robinsoniádu. Na přilehlé plážičce spousta nepořádku. Na skalách dále od ubytování to bylo super.

Majitel bez problémů trošku složitější domluva z důvodů jazykové bariéry.

Majitel vlídný vstřícný. Apartmán dobře vybavený. Cistý, velikostně dostačující.

Na ostrove Brač je čo pozerať. Veľa zaujímavých miest a pláži v zátokách s prekrásnou vodou.

Vybrali jsme si robinsonádu, ale skutečnost byla úplně jiná. Prezentovaná zástavba, pláž i moře vůbec neodpovídaly skutečnosti. Nad pláží vyrosto několik nových penzionů, s tím souvisel i vyšší počet lidí. Celá zátoka, kterou jsme si představovali jako klidnou, byla po celou dobu dovolené zaplněna jachtami. Napočítal jsem jich 38. Zátoka vypadala jako přístav.

Majitel byl starý pán a byli jsme s ním velmi spokojeni. Dokonce pro nás přichystal večeři z čerstvých ryb, po příjezdu jsme měli připravené občerstvení a místní víno.

Pláž bola hneď pod záhradou domu. Kamene boli veľké a ostré. More čisté. Cez týždeň tam kotvilo veľa lodí.

Majiteľ bol úžasný a skvele varí.

ubytovanie bolo krajšie ako som čakal, nakoľko na webe nie sú najaktuálnejšie fotky. Apartmán bol vybavený perfektne, nič nechýbalo.

Ubytovani fantasticke. Plazicka slozitejsi, clenita s ostrymi kameny. Ale malebne.

Pan je srdcar. Pri prijezdu nam vse rekl, ukazal a pokud jsme ho nechteli videt, byl v ustrani a resil si sve veci kolem , zahradky a domu.

Ubytovani nemelo chybu. Popis na webu byl matouci, planek neodpovidal skutecnosti, ale vse dopadlo dobre. Mapka vedouvi k apartmanu je neprehledna a nedokazali jsme podle ni dorazit. Nadtesti nam prijel majitel napomoc do bluzke Milny. Hru o mapu pokladu bychom nevyhrali:)

Moře je blízko objektu, nabízí soukromí, ale pobřeží je z ostrých kamenů, takže nevhodné pro malé děti a starší lidi a moře je plné mořských ježků.

Majitel byl velmi milý do momentu, kdy se z jeho opotřebované lednice dolomil /již nalomený/ foch ze dvířek lednice. Pak vztekle řval, házel ulomeným plastem a požadoval 50Euro. Regálek se ulomil pouze vložením lahve do lednice, kdyby byla v pořádku, tak by se nic nepřihodilo. Tato příhoda nám pokazila dojem z pobytu.

V apartmánu bylo opravdu velmi čisto. Vybavení bylo starší, ale přesně odpovídalo informacím a fotkám na webu. Potíž byla s elektřinou, někdy nešlo ani dobít telefon nebo zapojit notebook. Signál byl silný!

Chorvatsko máme moc rádi, proto se tam vracíme. Myslím, že majitelé se vždy snaží nabídnout to nejlepší, jsou milí a pohostinní.

Ubytování v robinzonádě Luce bylo úžasné, moc hezky vybavené a opravdu klid. Pro odpočinek ideální dovolená a majitelé byli moc příjemní a ochotní lidé. Vřele doporučuju.
