How far is the house from the sea and where to go to swim?
Property "Secluded holiday home Jela" is located ... m from the beach and from the sea as the crow flies 5 m. To give you a better idea of where you can swim, we went through our database of photos and based on GPS coordinates we have calculated the distances of the property from the nearby beaches.

How do we see it?
The modernly renovated Dalmatian house Jela is located in the southern part of the sunny island Hvar - in the Kozje bay. The entire house is available for the guests only. It is located directly by the sea and offers its guests a peaceful vacation. The apartment is newly and comfortably equipped. At the entrance there is a lower terrace, from the upper terrace of the house there is a completely unique view of the turquoise sea and the bay. There is a small pebble beach and a sunbathing pier under the house. Guests have access to sun loungers with umbrellas. There are only a few summer houses in this bay. Customers who bring their own boat can moor it free of charge. There are standard sockets in the house. Conditions for entering Croatia with a dog
The dog must be microchipped, have a passport and a valid rabies vaccination.
Only those breeds of bull terriers that are recognized by the FCI (International Kennel Club) and the owner has a pedigree from the dog are allowed to enter the country. Crossbreeds of bull terriers are not allowed to enter Croatia. If a dog is a bull terrier cross, it is presumed to be a bull terrier cross.

DLA MNIE KOZJA TO NAJPIĘKNIEJSZA ZATOKA HVARU. CISZA, SPOPKÓJ, CIEPŁA WODA. I MAŁO TURYSTÓW,. Robinsonada Jela to idealna miejscówka żeby się wyciszyć i odpocząć. Polecam dorosłym. Nie polecam rodzinie z małymi dziećmi z uwagi na zejście do domku i nie zabezpieczony płotem domek w rozbiórce poniżej. NA PEWNO WRÓCĘ W PRZYSZŁYM ROKU, MAM NADZIEJE.
Miła właścicielka, był poczęstunek ciastem.
Miło czysto, schludnie, bardzo dobre wyposażenie domku. Powinna być informacja że ciepła woda tylko z solara a co za tym idzie prysznic na dworze. Powinni Państwo polecać tę kwaterę rodzinom bez małych dzieci z uwagi na brak zabezpieczeń, bariery czy płotu przy zejściu do kwatery gdzie jest budynek bez dachu i można tam po prostu wpaść.

Byli jsme na robinzonádě a byli jsme maximálně spokojeni se vším, nezaznamenali jsme žádný problém.

Majitel byl ve Splitu na telefonu, jeho maminka byla dostupná, velice příjemná, donesla fíky, víno, dezert, vše bylo super.

Byli jsme spokojeni se vším, všude uklizeno, čisto. Silnice je k apt. Jela asfaltová, pouze cca 150 metrů se od staré obce nad zátokou jede po makadamu a pak posledních cca 40 metrů. Nafocená oranžová lehátka jsou sice od hostů potrhaná, ale u moře na molu jsme měli k dispozici dvě bílá rozkládací se slunečníkem. Moře průzračné a teplé. Někdy se vyskytly borovicové jehličí a pár odpadků, ale to bylo zanedbatelné. Nám se v místě moc líbilo a tuto dovolenou hodnotím jako jednu z nejlepších.

Drobné znečištění pláže - staré střepy a sem tam nějaká plechovka.

Kvalita dle očekávání, čistota 100 %, vybavení ok. Rozdíly oproti informacím na Vašem webu : 1. v zátoce je více domů než 4, 2. vzdálenost od domu k pláži je větší než 5 m, 3. parkování není u domu, nutnost snést věci po schodech, 4. člun s vesly ani motorový člun není k dispozici - přes původní velké zklamání z tohoto jsem se po omluvě od majitele rozhodl toto neřešit.
