How far is the house from the sea and where to go to swim?
Property "Secluded holiday home Ivano" is located ... m from the beach and from the sea as the crow flies 5 m.
How do we see it?
The unique luxuriously furnished robinson house with its own restaurant is located in the bay of Veli Porat on the smaller island of Šćedro. The property is located right next to a pebble beach surrounded by tamarisk trees and a pine forest. The owners provide free parking in the resort of Zavala. The owner will take you to the bay in his own boat. After less than twenty minutes of sailing, you will find yourself in a beautiful bay with a gradual pebble beach suitable for children, shaded by pine trees. If you come to the bay with your own boat, you can moor at the spacious jetty in front of the property for free. Robinson house Ivano is the only house in the bay. There are 4 brand new apartments in the building with a total capacity for 17 people. The tastefully and comfortably furnished apartments have internet access. In the restaurant in the building, it is possible to ensure high-quality meals with a rich offer of fundamentally fresh fish specialties and seafood (crabs, lobsters, etc.). If you don't want to use the on-site restaurant for meals and prefer to cook yourself, the owner can arrange food delivery for you free of charge. Lovers of an active holiday can take trips to nearby bays. The most interesting bays include Manastir and Portoruša with a beautiful pebble beach. Manastir Bay is dominated by the remains of a medieval monastery from the end of the 15th century, hidden in an olive grove. Thanks to the high quality of services, we recommend a holiday in this facility even to more demanding clients looking for quality accommodation, excellent Mediterranean food and beautiful nature.

Conditions for entering Croatia with a dog
The dog must be microchipped, have a passport and a valid rabies vaccination.
Only those breeds of bull terriers that are recognized by the FCI (International Kennel Club) and the owner has a pedigree from the dog are allowed to enter the country. Crossbreeds of bull terriers are not allowed to enter Croatia. If a dog is a bull terrier cross, it is presumed to be a bull terrier cross.

Limitations of electricity in the building:
- Electronic devices with high consupmtion of energy (kettle, iron,..) cannot be used in the property
- There is 220V solar power in the property
- If the lights start flashing, the network is overloaded and the capacity is overrun, please turn off one of the electronic devices

S názvem robinzonáda má ubytování společné jen to, že el. energie se vyrábí ze solárních panelů a voda je z moře a odsolená. Rozhodně nečekejte, že tam budete sami. Pláž krásná, k dispozici surfové prkno a plastový kajak. Ovšem pláž je dimenzovaná tak na samotný objekt se čtyřmi apartmány, ne na denní nájezdy turistů.

Po příjezdu do městečka Zavala jsme volali majiteli objektu, vyzvedl nás svou lodí max. do 15 minut a převezl na ostrov. Chování personálu bylo vstřícné a milé. Ubytování čisté, chybí TV/sat - nám to tedy nevadilo. Voda se kupuje u majitele objektu, je možné ho požádat o dovoz nákupu, nebo se nachat odvézt do Zavali.

Dle propozic jsme očekávali, že jedeme na robinzonádu, tedy na místo s menším počtem turistů. Opak byl pravdou. Každý den v 10 hod a 11 hod svážel lodí majitel objektu turisty z nedalekého Hvaru na svoji pláž a do restaurace. Denně zhruba tak 30-40 lidí. Současně tam kotví plachetnice - ti také chodí na pláž a do restaurace. Místo i ubytování bylo velice hezké, ale užít jste si ho mohli jen od rána do 10 hod. Majitel žádný motorový člun už nepůjčuje. Prý je rozbitý.
