How far is the house from the sea and where to go to swim?
Property "Secluded holiday home Grappa" is located ... m from the beach as the crow flies 20 m and to the nearest beach it is 10 m . To give you a better idea of where you can swim, we went through our database of photos and based on GPS coordinates we have calculated the distances of the property from the nearby beaches.

How do we see it?
The Robinsonade Grappa is located directly by the sea in the Zavala Bay on the northern side of the island of Hvar and offers its guests a peaceful vacation. Stone stairs lead to a private pier under the house. There are only 4 houses in this bay. For larger groups, it is possible to book the Robinsonade Destina, which is in the neighbourhood, it is for up to 10 persons. The Robinsonade Grappa is designed for 8 people and has a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the entire bay. The equipment of the apartment is older, but sufficient for a comfortable stay - the kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators with a freezer and a microwave. The bathroom has a washing machine. New mosquito nets have been put on the windows. The house has a stone barbecue which is available during your stay. It is possible to anchore your own boat under the house and this service is free of charge. For a small fee and with prior arrangement, you can rent a small motorboat from the owner or buy homemade vodka, wine, olive oil, oysters, cheese and prosciutto. The last part of the road (350 m) is after macadam. About 80 stairs lead to the building. Parking is available on the street above the house.

Conditions for entering Croatia with a dog
The dog must be microchipped, have a passport and a valid rabies vaccination.
Only those breeds of bull terriers that are recognized by the FCI (International Kennel Club) and the owner has a pedigree from the dog are allowed to enter the country. Crossbreeds of bull terriers are not allowed to enter Croatia. If a dog is a bull terrier cross, it is presumed to be a bull terrier cross.

Objekt je zařazen v tzv. robinsonádě, ale dva pronajímané objekty jsou hned vedle sebe a klienti si tak doslova hledí do talíře. Měli jsme štěstí, první skupina klientů sousedního objektu byla bezproblémová, předposlední den našeho pobytu přijeli fotbalisté, domů jsme se těšili.

Majitel byl velmi ochotný, pokud jsme něco potřebovali. I když v přízemí domu bydlel, viděli jsme ho většinou až večer.

V objektu bylo čisto, kuchyně je dobře vybavená, trouba funkční. Ocenili jsme sítě v oknech. V horším stavu byla vana. Informace na webu upozorňují na schody vedoucí k domu, ale už není řečeno, že od parkoviště k domu se jde po 97 strmých schodech, dalších 56 schodů vede od domu k molu (k moři).
