Property "Holiday home 1355-780" is located ... m from the beach and from the sea as the crow flies 20 m. To give you a better idea of where you can swim, we went through our database of photos and based on GPS coordinates we have calculated the distances of the property from the nearby beaches.
This holiday house is located directly on the beach, and it is available to rent during the spring and summer, till early autumn. It is placed on the island of Pasman, which has a regular connection with the mainland - it takes about 15min with the ferry to get to the island from Biograd na moru, and the ferry is leaving more then 10 times a day. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, starting from this house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.
This holiday house has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery, cooking stove and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. There is also a barbecue in front of the house and an outside shower. The house is accessible by car, on a distance of about 500 m, to the bay of Vitane, on a road which is concreted (all but the last 200m). Luggage transportation from the bay of Vitane to the house upon arrival, and back at the end of your stay is arranged without further costs. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only.
The water tank holds 12.000 l. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except battery rechargers and lights. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and the toilet. The outdoor shower is provided with a boiler that heats up by the warmth of the sun. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. The water is originally tap water, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. The kitchen has a gas refrigerator and gas stove. Bed linen await you. Fresh bed linen will arrive once a week. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available, so please bring your own.
Bring along your cell phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, with your regular household recharger. Guests may have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot. Pets are not welcome.
There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat drivers license). Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our partner agency, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night. After the check-in in agency you will travel to the island.

You can book your stay by paying an advance payment of 50% of the total price. You will pay the remaining 50% 45 days before your stay. You can pay by card, bank transfer, vouchers, or for example by an employee benefits.
