Property "Holiday home 1355-519" is located ... m from the beach and from the sea as the crow flies 10 m. To give you a better idea of where you can swim, we went through our database of photos and based on GPS coordinates we have calculated the distances of the property from the nearby beaches.
This holiday house is located on the island of Pasman, in the bay Landjin. It is equipped with two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, so it can accommodate max. 4 persons. The kitchen contains crockery and cutlery, refrigerator (220L) with frezzer compartment (50L) and cooking stove with gas. Available is also a barbecue in front of the house. This is a pet-friendly house, pets are welcome here, upon a request and against a surcharge of 5,00 EUR per day per pet.
The house is accessible by car, on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill which leads to the bay of Landjin, to the distance of about 250m. This road can be affected by weather conditions. For this reason, these roads are not recommended for lowered cars, but that does not mean that you necessarily have to have an SUV or a four-wheeler. These roads are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. The other possibility is to leave your car (one per group) on a free and secure parking, in Tkon on the island of Pasman. Transfer from this parking place to the house once upon arrival and back to the car once at the end of your stay is also free of charge. In the booking process please inform us if you choose an access by your own car or the service of transfer. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only.
The fresh water reservoir holds 20.000 l. Electricity of 12 V is solar powered. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a shower with thermo-bags, which bags, filled with water, should be placed in a sunny position to warm up the water in them. The water and electricity should be spent here very sparingly. This water is originally tap water, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. It is possible to rent this house during the winter, but water can only get heated on the stove, and a winter rental includes additional costs for heating materials. Bed linen are prepared for you. Fresh bed linen arrives once a week. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available, please bring your own.
We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, with your regular household recharger. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat drivers license).
Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our partner agency, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night. After the check-in in agency you will travel to the island.

You can book your stay by paying an advance payment of 50% of the total price. You will pay the remaining 50% 45 days before your stay. You can pay by card, bank transfer, vouchers, or for example by an employee benefits.
