The two bedroom nature house, for up to 5 persons, is located directly on the sea, in the bay of Landjin, on the island of Pašman. All the rooms in the house are on the ground floor. In the kitchen there is a fridge with a freezer compartment and a stovetop on gas with 2 burners. The two bedrooms are both equipped with double beds and one of them has also a bunk bed for one person (please see photos). Bed linen are included, fresh arrive once a week. The bathroom equipment includes a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. Warm water is gained by solar energy. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available.

In the garden, there is a barbecue and an outside shower. The roofed terrace is furnished, and sunbeds are also available. Guests may have Wi-Fi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot. The electricity and the water should be spent here sparingly. Considering that the water is staying in the tank in hot weather, it is recommend to boil it before drinking, or to buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is fine as it is, for cooking and washing. Electricity is generated by solar power, 12 V, so no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights. We recommend to the guests to bring their mobile phone, so that they could contact us in case of need. The sockets are cigar lighter sockets, so the guests may recharge their mobile phones in the house, with their own recharger for cars.

There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat drivers license). Boat berth is available without further charges in front of the house. In the bay of Landjin there is a restaurant, which is loved by sailors for its dalmatian cuisine. This waterfront holiday house is approachable by car, on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, which can be affected by weather conditions. These roads are passable for a regular car, with slow and careful driving. The advantage of having your car at the house is that you may easily go on trips and explore not only the immediate, but also the wider area.

The island of Pasman is very close to the mainland - only 15min with the ferry. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, starting from this house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. The house has no heating, so it can be rented from Spring to early Autumn. This is a pet-friendly house, pets are welcome here, against a surcharge of 10 EUR per day per pet. Please, state in your inquiry, with how many pets are you traveling.

Guests are advised to check in during the morning till early afternoon at our partner agency, because the arrival to the house may be inconvenient at night, and even impossible after the last ferry sailed out. After the check-in in agency, guests travel to the island.
