This house is situated on the island of Pasman in the bay Druce. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.
There is one separate bedroom with a two single beds and a couch for two in the living room, therefore it can accommodate up to 4 persons. The bedroom with access to the balcony can only be entered through the living room. The bathroom can only be entered from outside. House has a separate kitchen, located in a separate building. The kitchen contains cookware, cutlery and crockery, cooking stove on gas without an oven, and an electric refrigerator with freezer compartment. There is also a outdoor grill and a outside shower (with a black boiler). House has a two terrace. Regrettably, pets are not accepted in this house.
This holiday house is accessible by car, on a makeshift road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. These roads are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. The advantage of having your car by the house is that you may easily go on trips and explore not only the immediate, but also the wider area, with many various possibilities for interesting excursions. Ferry tickets are not included in the price.
The water tank holds 10 000 l. Electricity is generated by solar power, has 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. The water is potable, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. Bed linen and bathroom towels are prepared for you and fresh are at disposal once a week. Beach towels are not available, please bring your own.
Bring along your cell phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, with your regular household recharger. Guests can have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. By placing that SIM card in one of their own devices, guests will have a hot spot for up to ten users. There is a possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat drivers license).
Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our partner agency, because the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night, and after the last ferry has sailed out even impossible. After the check-in in agency you will travel to the island.
