How do we see it?

The two bedroom nature house for up to 5 persons, is located on only 50m from the sea, in the bay of Druce, on the island of Pašman. All the rooms in the house are on the elevated ground floor. The open-plan kitchen with living and dining room contains a sofa for one person. Wireless Internet, air conditioner and SAT-TV are available without further charges. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator (160 l) with freezer compartment (50 l), and a 4-burner gas hob. A gas stove with a functional oven is located in the yard next to the grill. Both of the bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The bathroom equipment includes a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bed linen and bathroom towels are included, fresh arrive once a week. Beach towels are not available. Upon request, a baby cot might be organized without further charges depending on availability. Bed linen for the baby cot is not available.

The roofed terrace is furnished, ande sunbeds and a sunshade are also available. In the garden there is a built barbecue and an outside shower, with warm and cold water. The electricity and the water should be spent here sparingly. Considering that the water is staying in the tank in hot weather, it is recommend to boil it before drinking, or to buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is fine as it is, for cooking and washing. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights. We recommend to the guests to bring their mobile phone, so that they could contact us in case of need. The sockets in the house are fit for a standard plug, so the guests may recharge their mobile phones in the house, with their own standard household recharger.

There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat drivers license). Boat berth is available without further charges in front of the house. This waterfront holiday house is approachable by car, on a distance of about cca. 50 m, till the bay of Druce. The road which leads to this bay is paved with concrete (all but the some 300m between where the asphalt road ends and before the concrete starts ). There is a public open parking lot there, free of charges. The distance between the house and the parking lot is easily walkable. The island of Pašman is very close to the mainland - only 15min with the ferry. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, starting from this house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only.

Rental is possible all year through, but the winter rental includes additional costs for heating materials and the water might have to be heated on the stow for personal hygiene. No pets, please. Guests are advised to check in during the morning till early afternoon at our partner agency, because the arrival to the house may be inconvenient at night, and even impossible after the last ferry sailed out. After the check-in in agency, guests travel to the island.
