How do we see it?

This nature house is located directly on the beach in the bay Landjin on the island of Pašman. In this bay there is a restaurant, which is with its dalmatian cuisine loved by sailors. House is available to rent throughout the year. The island of Pasman has a regular connection with the mainland - it takes about 15min with the ferry to get to the island from Biograd na moru, and the ferry is leaving more then 10 times a day. This holiday house is accessible by car to about 250m distance, by the road that leads to the bay of Landjin, where you will then park your car. This is a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. These roads are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. The advantage of having your car by the house is that you may easily go on trips and explore not only the immediate, but also the wider area.

Minimum stay is 7 days, the house is bookable always from Saturday to Saturday. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. In this house to rent, there are two seperate bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with two single beds. As there is also a couch in the kitchen for one person, it can accommodate up to 5 persons. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crokery, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a gas cooker. Outside of the house there is a barbecue. Water and electricity should be spent sparingly here. 220 V electricity (through a transformer) is solar powered. Please do not bring any electrical appliances with you that are not part of the original equipment of the house, as these can cause damage. The only exception are battery chargers for cell phones / laptops. The house has cold running water installed in the kitchen and bathroom with shower, from a private well. The outside shower is equipped with a "black water heater" - a smaller water tank in which the water is warming up by the warmth of the sun. This tank is filled from the well by a pump. It is necessary to boil the water from the well before drinking it. Therefore, most of the customers bring bottled drinking water.

Rentals during winter are possible, but please note that water can only get heated on the stove, and heating materials will create an extra cost. Bed linen are prepared for you. Fresh bed linen are delivered once a week. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available, therefore please remember to bring your own. Further make sure to bring along your cell phone, so you can contact us in case of need. Cell phones can be recharged in the house with your own regular household charger. Guests may have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot.

There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat drivers license). Guests are advised to check in during the morning till early afternoon at our partner agency, because the arrival to the house may be inconvenient at night, and even impossible after the last ferry sailed out. After the check-in in agency, guests travel to the island.

Letovisko dle aviza těžko dostupné pro osbní automobil/5km cestou s ostrým kamením/, auto odstavené na provizorním parkovišti 1km od ubytování, přistavené kolečko na odvoz věcí úzkou kamenitou cestou plnou odpadu. K dispozici jsme měli molo v zátoce, ne vždy odpovídající čistota moře z důvodu parkování jacht. Cesta i pro další domky vedla přímo přes naše ubytování.

Majitele po trajektu a tel. domluvě pro nás přijel k přístavu, navedl na 5ti km cestu plného ostrého kamením, ukázal, na jaké rádoby sběrné místo se odváží odpad a k vlastníu údivu, že nejsme obeznámeni s parkováním auta a dovozu věcí na kolečku na místo pobytu, nás seznámil s místní venkovní sprchou.

Část nepravdivých informací z webu objasněná majitelem a nahlášena na CK: parkování není u objektu, jak je psáno, dostupnost přes ostrov ještě v horším stavu vzhledem k absenci silnic/upravených cest, samota, kterou jsme vyhledávali byla narušována cestou ostatních ubytovaných či místních, vedla přímo u domu.

Ked sme prisli, tak v apartmane bola spina. Neumyta dlazka... riady s mastnym povlakom.... Manzekla apartman 3 hodiny umyvala, aby sme sa mohli ubytovat....mame odfotenu uplne ciernu vodu, ked vyzmikala handru do nej...
