How do we see it?

The nature house is located directly on the beach, where is a restaurant, which is with its Dalmatian cuisine loved by sailors. House is avaialble to rent throughout the year. It is placed on the island of Pasman, which has a regular connection with the mainland - it takes about 15min with the ferry to get to the island from Biograd na moru, and the ferry is leaving more then 10 times a day.

This holiday house can accommodate maximum 6 persons, as it contains two seperate bedrooms, one of which has a queen bed, and the other a queen bed and a single bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for yet another person. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crokery, kitchen towels and sponge, dish soap, refrigerator with freezer compartment, also cooking stove on gas. Divna also offers you barbecue and outside shower with thermo bags. This is a pet-friendly house; pets are welcome here, against a surcharge of 5 EUR per day per pet. Please state in your inquiry with how many pets are you travelling. The house is accessible by car to about 40m distance, on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. For this reason, these roads are not recommended for lowered cars, but that does not mean that you necessarily have to have an SUV or a four-wheeler. These roads are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. The advantage of having your car by the house is that you may easily go on trips and explore not only the immediate, but also the wider area. The island of Pasman is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.

Parking in the bay of Landjin is free of charge. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. The fresh water reservoir holds 14.000 l. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but regrettably, household appliancies may not be used except of battery rechargers and lights. Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. The toillet, uses sea water for flushing. Outdoor shower is provided with thermo bags, which, hanged on a sunny place heat up the water in them by the warmth of the sun. Water and electricity should be spent sparingly here. This water is originally tap water, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, it is recommended to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of the accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. Rentals during winter are possible, please note that water can only get heated on the stove, and heating materials will create an extra cost. Bed linen are prepared for you. Fresh bed linen and bathroom towels arrive once a week. Beach towels are not available, therefore please remember to bring your own.

Further make sure to bring along your cell phone, so you can contact us in case of need. Mobile phones can be recharged in the house with your regular household charger. Guests may have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat drivers license).

Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our partner agency, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night, even impossible after the last ferry to the island has sailed out. After the check-in in agency you will travel to the island.
