How do we see it?

This house is a duplex house, semi-detached building, the property is adjacent to another, larger building, which belongs to another owner. This other house is rented by its owner. First next neighbor is at approximately 100m. House is situated on the island of Pasman, in the bay Cerenje. It contains two bedrooms with a queen bed and an couch for one person in the kitchen, so it can accommodate up to 5 persons. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crokery, refrigerator with freezer compartment, a cooking stove on gas, and a SAT-TV. This house may also offer you a barbecue and an outside shower. No pets, please. This holiday house is placed in the bay Cerenje, is accessible by car on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel/earth) road over the hill, that can be strongly affected by weather conditions. For this reason, these roads are not recommended for lowered cars, but that does not mean that you necessarily have to have an SUV or a four-wheeler. These roads are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving.

Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. The water tank holds 10.000 l. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V. Running warm and cold water is installed in the kitchen, bathroom and outdoor shower. The water and electricity should be spent here sparingly. This water is originally tap water, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking.

Bed linen are prepared for you. Fresh bed linen arrive once a week. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available, please bring your own. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, with your regular household recharger. Guests can have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. The device for which this card is purchased works as a hot spot.

There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat drivers license). Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our partner agency, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is inconvenient at night. After the check-in in agency you will travel to the island.
