The nature house, with two bedrooms, for 2-4 persons, is placed directly on the sea in the Kruševica Bay on the Island of Pasman. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and tableware, a gas refrigerator, a gas stove with oven and a fireplace. There is also a SAT TV and a radio with CD and USB drives. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Running cold water was installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bed linen and bathroom towels are prepared for you; fresh arrive once a week. Beach towels are not in offer, therefore please bring your own. The roofed terrace with direct sea view is furnished. A grill is located outside the house and there is also shower on the beach.

Guests may have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot. The electricity and the water should be spent here sparingly. Considering that the water is staying in the tank in hot weather, it is recommend boiling it before drinking, or to buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is fine as it is, for cooking and washing. Electricity of 12 V is gained by solar power, and there is also an inverter 12V-220V-300W. Please do not use your own electric appliances except of mobile phone/laptop battery rechargers. We recommend to the guests to bring their mobile phone, so that they could contact us in case of need. The sockets are cigar lighter sockets, but due to the abovementioned inverter, the guests may recharge their mobile phones in the house with their recharger which they use in a car but also with a regular household recharger.

Two boats are offered to rent with this house - one smaller, 3 m long, without a cabin, with outboard engine 5 HP, for 25 EUR per day, and the other a bit larger, 5m long, also without a cabin and with outboard engine 5 HP, for 40 EUR per day. Both boats are available for a minimum rental of 7 days.

This waterfront holiday house to rent is not accessible by car. You leave your car without further charges on a parking in Biograd. Private boat transfer is also free of charge, once from Biograd to the house upon arrival, and once back on departure. Groceries supply may be organized once a week.

It is possible to rent this holiday house during the whole year, warm water is available in winter in the whole house through a gas boiler, as well as heating through a wood stove, but winter rental includes additional costs for heating materials. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. This is a pet-friendly house; pets are welcome here, against a surcharge of 5 EUR per day per pet. Please state in your inquiry with how many pets are you travelling. Kindly note that for the clients who are travelling with pets the final cleaning will be charged 50 EUR, in addition to the pet fee. For the clients who are travelling without pets, the final cleanning is free of charge.

Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our partner agency, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night. After the check-in in agency you will travel to the island.
