The two bedroom nature house, for up to 5 persons, is located directly on the sea, in the bay of Vitane, on the island of Pasman. All the rooms in the house are on the ground floor. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining room contains sofa for one person. Wireless Internet and SAT-TV are in this house available without further charges. In the kitchen there is a fridge with a freezer compartment and a stovetop on gas with 3 burners. The two bedrooms are both equipped with double beds. Bed linen are included, fresh arrive once a week. The bathroom equipment includes a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available.

In the garden, there is a barbecue and an outside shower also with warm water. The balcony is furnished, while sunbeds and a sunshade are also available. The electricity and the water should be spent here sparingly. Considering that the water is staying in the tank in hot weather, it is recommend to boil it before drinking, or to buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is fine as it is, for cooking and washing. The electricity 220V is solar powered, but no household appliances can be used, except for cell phone or laptop battery chargers and devices that are already available in the house. We recommend to the guests to bring their mobile phone, so that they could contact us in case of need. The sockets in the house are fit for a standard plug, so the guests may recharge their mobile phones in the house, with their own standard household recharger.

There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat drivers license). Boat berth is available without further charges in front of the house. This waterfront holiday house is approachable by car, on the road which is paved with concrete (all but the last 200m). The island of Pasman is very close to the mainland - only 15min with the ferry. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, starting from this house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.

Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. The house is bookable all year through, but a winter rental includes additional costs for heating materials. It can also happen that due to the lack of sunshine, the water for bathing needs to be heated up on the stove. This is a pet-friendly house, pets are welcome here, against a surcharge of 10 EUR per day per pet. Please, state in your inquiry, with how many pets are you traveling. Guests are advised to check in during the morning till early afternoon at our partner agency, because the arrival to the house may be inconvenient at night, and even impossible after the last ferry sailed out. Registration fee is a one time cost of 1,50 EUR per person, payable in cash upon arrival. After the check-in in agency, guests travel to the island.
