How do we see it?

The newly renovated Dalmatian house for up to four persons is located in the area of the Vransko Lake Nature Park, only 15 km south of Biograd na Moru. The location of this house is ideal for all lovers of nature and outdoor activities. There are walking, cycling and trekking trails, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. The house is completely secluded, surrounded by the untamed nature, and is accessible by car.

The rooms of this house include a kitchen, a large living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed, fireplace and a wood stove, therefore can this house be booked throughout the whole year. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove and electric refrigerator. Dishes and linens are waiting for you. Fresh linen is provided once a week, while bath towels and beach towels are not included. 220V electric power is solar powered, but it is not possible to use household appliances apart from the battery charger for cell phones and / or laptops and lights. Liquid hot and cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Water is coming from a tank, and at the time of its filling, the water is fresh. However, since it stands in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, if it is to be used for drinking, it is necessary to boil it beforehand. Most guests decide to buy bottled water.

We recommend that you bring your mobile phone so you can contact us if there would be a need. You can charge your mobile phone in this house with a regular home charger. Guests can have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. The device for which this card is purchased works as a hot spot. This is a pet-friendly house - pets are welcome on request and against surcharge of 10,00 EUR per day per pet. In order to make the summer nights as pleasant as possible, the mosquito nets are located at all the windows and the entrance door. Since this house is located in a nature park, a protected area rich in all the animal species commonly found in these areas, it is advisable to keep these networks permanently closed, so that the unwanted guests - insects, snakes and the like - will not wander in to the house.

There is also a barbecue and 2 deck-chairs available on the covered terrace. The house is surrounded by a stone drywall typical of Dalmatia, and around the house are olive trees so you can enjoy the greenery. Around the lake there are marked bicycle paths. Nearby is the viewpoint that overlooks the whole lake, our archipelago and the National Park Kornati. Vransko Lake is the largest natural freshwater lake in Croatia, an ornithological reserve, and an ideal place for fishing, cycling and hiking, so guest have also 2 mountain bikes available to explore the area.
