Renovated mountain holiday accommodation built in 1904, is located in the nature park North Velebit, 750 m above sea level. Sea distance from the road is 12 km (15 min), and air route is 3 km. BBQ welcome and local wine is included in price. In front of the accommodation you can enjoy on the terrace with outdoor fireplace and furniture with a genuine water tank.

Accommodation consists of two separate units. In the first unit there is a kitchen with fireplace, living room / dining room and bathroom with shower and toilet. Above the living room there is a gallery with 160x200cm bed where two people can sleep (most suitable for children). The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a large gas refrigerator with a freezer, a barbecue on the open fire, with all dishes and equipment. The second unit has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first room has a double bed 160x200cm with the possibility of placing baby cot for children under 4 years old (at request). The second bedroom has a double bed 160x200cm and a bunk bed (90x200x2). The bathroom has a shower.

Parking is in front of the accommodation. The water from the reservoir is abundant with the capacity of 4000 l. However, if you need more water that is possible but with additional costs. Electricity is obtained through photovoltaic cells. A paved mountain road leads to the accommodation, but the last 2 km to the accommodation is a gravel road. Towels, linen, and basic cooking accessories (oil, salt, sugar, pepper ...) are included in price. We advise you to buy groceries before arrival

Location of the accommodation offers privacy as it is located in an abandoned village Štokić, 3 km away from the sea. Even though you are isolated, there is a small distance from the island of Rab (approx. 30 minutes) and the island Pag (approx. 1 hour). Nearby you can visit the natural bauxites of Lika Region and Plitvice Lakes National Park, Paklenica, Zavratnica and enjoy different types of recreation like riding, hiking, mountain biking... "
