Nature house is placed directly on the beach on the island of Pasman, in the bay Kobiljak. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. The holiday house may accommodate up to 5 persons, in two seperate bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The kitchen contains cutlery and crockery, cooking stove with oven and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. In the kitchen is a sofa for a fifth person. Only the 1st floor of this holiday house is open for guests; the ground floor is not in use by anyone and is locked. This is a pet-friendly accommodation - up to two pets are against surcharge welcome (5,00 EUR per day per pet). There is also a barbecue and an outside shower.

The fresh water reservoir holds 25.000 l. Electricity in the house is solar powered, 220V, intended only for battery rechargers (mobile phone, laptop) and lights but no further electric appliances. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. The outdoor shower is provided with a black container where the water is warmed by sunshine. Water and electricity should be spent sparingly here. The freshwater is staying in the tank in hot weather, so we recommend to boil it before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. Bed linen await you. Fresh bed linen will arrive once a week. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available.

We suggest that you bring your cell phone, so that you could contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house with your regular household recharger. Guests may have WiFi (WLan) internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot. The bay Kobiljak, where this house is situated, is accessible by car on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be strongly affected by weather conditions. For this reason, these roads are not recommended for lowered cars, but that does not mean that you necessarily have to have an SUV or a four-wheeler. These roads are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. The house is on a distance of about 300m by land and on about 100m by sea, from the parking place in the bay. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only.

There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat drivers license). Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our partner agency, because the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is inconvenient at night, and even impossible, after the last ferry to the island has sailed out. After the check-in in agency you will travel to the island.
