Wszystko dokładnie jak na zdjęciach a nawet lepiej. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. Plaża bardzo fajnie przygotowana. Piaszczysta. Nie ma potrzeby używania butów do wody. Wypłycenie do głębokości +1m na podległości 40-50m tak że nie ma problemu znaleźć miejsce w wodzie dla siebie :) Szczerze bardzo polecamy i pozdrawiamy.

Apartament rewelacja, czysty i schludny. W pełni wyposażony. Jesy tam wszysko. Gospodarze na miejscu bardzo miło i pomocni. Częstowali nas domowej roboty alkoholem. Plaża piaszczysta blisko. Nam jednak bardziej podobała się żwirowa( brzet) jeżeli chodzi o miejsce czyli Duce to mało ciekawe nic tam nie ma i położony przy bardzo ruchliwej drodze. Mimo to urlop uważam za bardzo udany ❤️

Fajn domácí. Apartmán byl pro naši dovolenou přesně co jsme hledali. V klidu, s větším balkonem a výhledem na moře s nedalekými písečnými plážemi (250m kopeček) a možností parkování. Menší, ale plně dostačující kuchyňka. Do kilometru několik možností dobrého jídla, blízkost živějšího Omiše ze kterého se dá i dojít za hodinku podél pláže, Panorama hor u moře. Raní snídaně a večerní posezení na balkoně nemělo chybu. Na zahradě možnost společného grilu.
Místo idealní na to ráno sbalit dítě, plácnout se na pláž a večer strávit v klidu na balkonu. Pro aktivity jako např. turistika místo idealní není.

Összességében nagyon elégedettek voltunk az apartmannal és a vendéglátónkkal. A szállás közel van a tengerparthoz. Csodálatos a kilátás a teraszról. Nagyon tiszták, kényelmesek a szobák.
Egy hiányosságot tudnék mondani az pedig a kávéfőző hiánya. De ez legyen a legnagyobb probléma. :) Ajánlom mindenkinek a szállást és térségét.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sehr sauber, der Balkon ein Traum!
Leider fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine, ansonsten war alle da!
Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer.
Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfbereit. :)

Ez az apartman egy csoda! Nagyon modern, nagyon tiszta, nagyon berendezett. Minden megtalálható benne: hűtő, mikró, főzőlap, mosógép, mosogatógép, edények, törölközők stb. Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek, a kilátás a teraszokról csodálatos! A tulajdonosok nagyon kedvesek, sajnálom, hogy nem tudunk horvátul, mert biztosan jót beszélgettünk volna. Külön köszönjük, hogy kaptunk garázst is az autónknak! :) Az apartman csendes, szép helyen van, nagyon közel a homokos parthoz, illetve Omis is könnyű sétával elérhető. Szívből, bátran ajánlom mindenkinek ezt a szállást!

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.
Die Wohnung ist klasse, und das für den Preis. Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit.
Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Der Ausblick ist gigantisch.
Man kann die Straße runter laufen und ist direkt am Sandstrand. Es gibt auch eine Strandbar und
ein Bistro mit Essen und Getränken.
Die Umgebung, sowie die Stadt Omis ist schön und gepflegt.
Fazit: Ich würde sofort wieder hier her kommen und diese Wohnung mieten.

A szállás szép, tiszta jól felszerelt. A kilátás a teraszról 5/5. A házigazdák nagyon kedvesek segítőkészek. Már másodszor vagyunk itt, eddig sehol sem voltunk még kétszer.
Ha valamin javítani lehetne: az autó parkolóhelyét naptól védetté tenni illetve erősebb gyorsabb internet és a kommunikációt segítő fordító eszköz. Mindezekkel együtt ez a szálláshely a legjobbak között van!

Az apartman és a házigazdák nagyszerűek, a legjobbak közé tartoznak. A kilátás nagyszerű, a tisztaság és a felszerelés kifogástalan, a wifi stabil és megfelelő sebességű az erkélyen és az egyik szobában, kommunikáció csak horvátul.

Przesympatyczni gospodarze z sercem na dłoni. Kwatera czyściutka z przepięknym widokiem na morze. Na miejscu wszystko co potrzebne (bankomat, malutki stragan z owocami, sklep, piekarnia, knajpki koło plaży). Cudownie spędzony urlop. Dziękujemy.

Mali sme A-apartmán 4+1. Veľký. priestranný, čistý s nádherným výhľadom. Úžasná terasa pod hroznom s romantickým výhľadom na more a vysvietený Brač. Domáci jedným slovom úžasní. Milí, priateľskí vždy po ruke keď treba. Pláž cca 4 min od domu. Piesok a dlhá plytčina. Dokonca aj keď silno fúkalo je tam blízko cca 3 min zátoka kde NIKDY nefúka. Mesto blízko centra kde nájdete všetko čo potrebujete. Odporúčam pre rodiny s malými deťmi. Chodíme do Chorvátska 10 rokov ale toto je pre nás TOP. Určite sa vrátime. <3 <3 <3

Bardzo mili gospodarze, bardzo ładne, wygodne i czyste mieszkanie z widokiem na morze. Plaża świetna,można znaleźć coś dla siebie. Droga, przez którą trzeba przejść jest dość ruchliwa. Ogólnie super, z pewnością tam wrócimy :hihi:

:) Excellent large and well furnished apartment with lovely sea views. Hosts were so friendly and helpful. Ivan always had a glass (or two) of professionally home made "Walnut Brandy" ready upon our return to the apartment and gave us a bottle on the day we left as well as insisting on giving us a lift to the bus stop at 5.30am.
The apartment was a short walk to little supermarket, beaches and excellent restaurants.
We would certainly recommend this apartment

Boli sme tento rok už druhý raz v tom istom apartmáne, tak moc sa nám minulý rok páčilo. Domáci sú veľmi milí, apartmán veľmi priestranný, vlastná veľká terasa s pecou na grilovanie. Maličká nevýhoda pre lenivejších je prudký kopec, je však výborný pre kondičku. Inak všetko po ruke - pekáreň, malá samoobsluha, reštaurácie, pizzeria, zmrzlina všetko blízko aj pláže aj ubytovania. Keďže v Duce sú iba pieskové pláže s pozvoľným vstupom do mora odporúčam hlavne pre rodiny s malými deťmi.

Ubytovanie bolo vynikajúce, takmer 100 štvorcov, každý si našiel svoj kútik so súkromím, terasu s posedením, hojdačkou a veľkou pecou sme mali len pre seba. Všetky vzdialenosti uvádzané v popise boli pravdivé. Domáci boli milí, starali sa o nás ako starí rodičia :-). Mali sme šťastie aj na počasie, celé dva týždne bolo teplo a more malo príjemných 26 stupňov.
