The dog must be microchipped, have a passport and a valid rabies vaccination.
Only those breeds of bull terriers that are recognized by the FCI (International Kennel Club) and the owner has a pedigree from the dog are allowed to enter the country. Crossbreeds of bull terriers are not allowed to enter Croatia. If a dog is a bull terrier cross, it is presumed to be a bull terrier cross.

Lage ist zwar sehr Meeresnah, aber die Erreichbarkeit ziemlich anstrengend und vor allem der direkte Strassenlärm ein großes Störeelement für einen erholsamen Urlaub... auch Sanitärleitungen machen großen Lärm...... also leider keine positive Empfehlung unsererseits.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse.Man hatte einen super Blick in die Bucht von Rabac.Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral. Der Nachteil war das es keinen festen Parkplatz gab und der Boiler im Bad sehr laut war.

Apartament wporządku, jednak to że po przyjeździe właścicielka zażądała od nas dowodów osobistych, które sfotografowała z każdej strony budzi ogromny niesmak.
W toalecie mokra podłoga, woda dlatego robi się niebezpiecznie dla dzieci.

A szállás szinte a lehető legközelebb helyezkedik el a strandhoz. A lejutás kétféleképp oldható meg, az utcákon cikkcakk-ban, így kb. 600 m séta. Aki bírja, érdemes felkutatni a lépcsőket, amivel lényegesen rövidebb, de a felfelé út fárasztóbb. :)
A szállás jól felszerelt, a tisztaság kifogástalan, a berendezés a képeken lévő állapotnak megfelelő. Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó választás. A szállásadó hölgy kedves, horváton kívül németül beszél. A terasz nagyméretű, hangulatos, szép kilátással. Mi maximálisan elégedettek voltunk vele.

The host was so sweet. There was soda and chips when we arrived. Nice and clean. Nice balcony with view to the beach.
We missed some more activity in the town. Most of the restaurants were closing at 10pm, too early we think. The People are very nice and helpful.

Шикарное место! Апартаменты даже лучше, чем на фото. Есть абсолютно все, что нужно для жизни. Посуды на кухне даже больше, чем достаточно, а на террасе есть гриль. Море очень чистое, место тихое, еда вкусная. На набережной брали скутер в аренду. С удовольствием вернусь еще. <3

Die Wohnung liegt am Ortseingang direkt an der Straße. Das Apartment ist groß und gut ausgestattet, wenn auch ein bisschen abgewohnt.
Wichtig man muss 50 Stufen nach oben! steigen. Ins Ortszentrum geht man ca. 15'.
Schattige Gratisparkplätze gibt es in ca. 50m Entfernung, Es ist alles sehr sauber und man hat eine große Terasse, auf der es auch einen Griller gibt, zur Verfügung.
Die Besitzer sind sehrbemüht. Haben uns auf der Straße erwartet und auch einen Parkplatz reserviert.

Az apartman felszereltsége és tisztasága kifogásolhatatlan.
A probléma ott van, hogy közvetlen a műút mellett van, 54 lépcső vezet a földszintre és NINCS parkolási lehetőség, csak egy kiserdőben, de hétvégén ott is csúfoltság van.Nagyon nehéz a beköltözés emiatt. Egy kicsit csaltak a háziak a terasz kitekintésével, mert a szállodasor tűzfalaira van pont a rálátás. A TULAJ TERASZÁRÓL LEHET VALÓSZINÜLEG ODA LÁTNI, AMIT LEFÉNYKÉPEZTEK.
A környezet és a strand sétány kárpótolja a hiányosságokat.

Preis/Leistung stimmt bei der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die Klimanalage im Sommer sehr sinnvoll. Die Terasse ist super. In der Hochsaison ist es in Rabac schon sehr voll. Der Strand Geschmacksache, aber es gibt Alternativen in der Nähe

Die Ferienwohnung war wie auf den Bildern dargestellt, sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, auch im Bad gab es noch extra Handtücher und in den Schränken extra Decken. Der Weg zum Strand dauert ca. 7 Minuten (bergab) und je nach Kondition zurück ein wenig länger. Trotzdem ist uns der Weg nie lang oder mühselig vorgekommen, da er über eine schöne, unbefahrene Straße verläuft und man das Meer immer wieder sieht. Die Gastgeber (eine ältere Dame und ihre Tochter) waren sehr höflich und zuvorkommen, sie haben uns sogar angeboten zwei weitere Nächte umsonst zu bleiben, da das Wetter nicht so schön war. Die Terasse ist außerdem ein Highlight der Wohnung, da sie viel Platz, tolle Pflanzen (sogar eine Palme) und auch viele Sitzgelegenheiten bietet. Die Aussicht ist außerdem auch sehr schön, wenn man ein bisschen um die Ecke schaut sieht man das Meer, ansonsten die Berge und die Stadt Rabac. Ein kleines Manko ist, dass die Wohnung relativ dunkel ist, was aber wahrscheinlich dem Umstand geschuldet ist, dass es sehr heiß werden kann und sie so kühl bleibt. Auf der Terasse ist außerdem ein Rohr kaputt, wenn es stark regnet, pladdert das Wasser ziemlich drauf. Die Wohnung liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, es kann also schon ein wenig laut werden, aber die Fenster isolieren gut und nachts ist das auch kein Problem. Man kann ca. 200 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt in einem kleinen Waldstück parken, das anscheinend zur Wohnung gehört und deshalb immer frei ist. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich an der Hafenpromenade von Rabac und ist zu Fuß in etwa 10 - 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Alles in allem hat uns das Appartment sehr gut gefallen, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top und auch wenn die Einrichtung nicht ganz modern ist, ist alles super in Schuss, sauber und an einer guten Lage. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Nagyon szép hely, korrekt, tiszta szállással.
A parkolás kicsit problémás, de a hely adottságai miatt, gondolom, máshogy nem lehet megoldani.
