Beautiful house, the apartment was clean and equipped with all the essentials. The view is gorgeous and the hosts are super friendly and welcoming! We loved our stay here and Podaca is such a lovely place. Definitely recommended!

The apartment is very close to the old city and we had a great stay. The owner was very nice and the apartment offers everything you need. AC, kitchen, wasching machine.

S ubytováním jsme byli moc spokojeni, všude čisto, bylo tam vše potřebné. Veliká terasa, výhled na moře nic moc, jsou vidět více hory, ale to nám nijak nevadilo. Domácí jsou moc milí a vstřícní lidé. Budeme doporučovat, možná se i vrátíme, bylo tam krásně :)

Pláž je prekrásna, ale je to viac ako 200 metrov k plazi ako uvadzaju ( v skutočnosti je to cca 10 minút chodze do kopca). Zaostrog je 6 minut autom, nie pesi!!! Majitelia su veľmi milí ľudia, ochotni pomoct. Ale v apartmáne sme sa velmi natrapili, keďže bolo neznesitelne horúco a apartmán bol bez klimatizácie. Nevedeli sme tam existovať. Po vycerpavajucom dni na plazi sme si chceli na apartmane oddýchnuť, ale tam bolo ešte viac horúco ako na plazi, takže to bolo vyčerpávajúce, v noci sme nevedeli spat ani my, ani nase deti.
Na oknach neboli siete alebo ine zabezpecenie proti hnyzu, takze sme boli dostipani komármi a iným hmyzom.
Apartmán disponoval so všetkým potrebným, akurát nám chybal mop na utretie podlahy v kupelni a tiez vysavac.

Sehr empfehlenswert!!!
Podaca ist zwar kleiner, aber wunderschöner und geschichtsträchtiger Ort. Neben dem schönen Strand findet man hier eine Kirche aus dem fünfzehnten Jahrhundert und eine zerfallene Burg im Dorf der alten Podaca (entstanden im elften Jahrhundert). Hier öffnet sich ein gewaltiges Panorama auf das Meer, Horizont, Inseln und umliegende Städte, man hat die seltene Gelegenheit einige wunderschöne Fotos im Sonnenuntergang zu machen. In der naheliegenden Umgebung findet man auch per Auto allerlei interessante Ecken. zB. Natürliche Wasserquellen in Zaostrog oder Skywalk in der Nähe von Makarska(~45km Entfernung).
Als fünfköpfige Familie haben wir in den Apartments der Villa Lucija sehr schone Tage verbracht. Die Räumlichkeiten und Sanitäranlagen waren sauber und gepflegt. Von der großzügigen Terrasse hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die Berge und auf das Meer.
Die sehr liebenswerte und aufgeschlossene Gastgeberfamilie hat uns nach einer langen Reise mit kühlen Getränken willkommen geheißen und uns bei allen Belangen während des Aufenthaltes mit nützlichen Informationen zur Eigenversorgung und Sehenswürdigkeiten aber auch mit tatkräftiger Hilfe unterstütz. Ein besonderer Dank an de Gastgeber gilt für die Organisation des Ausfluges nach Metkovic zum Tag des heiligen Ilja wo wir die traditionelle kroatische Bräuche und Küche mit erleben durften. Auch die hauseigenen Köstlichkeiten sind ein High-Light des Aufenthaltes.

Deze week was een superweek.. Een heel mooi groot appartement, heel netjes, supervriendelijke
gastmensen, proper en alles erop en eraan...
Dit is ook een ideale uitvalbasis om allerlei grotere steden ( Mostar, Makarska, Split... ) te gaan

Недалеко від апартаментів є магазин, обмінний пункт, доступне та зручне місце парковки.
Господарі доброзичливі та привітні, володіють англійською та завжди готові відповісти на будь-які питання, та допомогти у разі потреби.
В межах 5 хвилин два пляжі. Море чисте, хвилі невисокі. З тераси відкривається чудовий вигляд на море і гори. Є можливість прогулятися набережною, берегом, відвідати місцеві кафе та ресторанчики.

All excellent, highly recommended. Short walk to the beach. Rooms are clean and have all you need for a fine self-made dinner with a great view from the balcony. Great place without a nightlife so ideal for a quiet after dinner walk with the family. The hosts are very kind and helpful. Always positive and in for a talk in any language. Widok z balkonu fantastyczny. Właśnie dla tego widoku wybraliśmy ten apartament i się nie zawiedliśmy. Apartament czysty, zadbany. Wszystko w apartamencie sprawne i nie zniszczone. Kuchnia kompletnie wyposażona. Śniadania z takim widokiem nieziemskie. Super miejsce aby wypocząć. 5 minut spacerem duży market i targ ze świeżymi owocami i warzywami. Gospodarze super otwarci i pomocni. Bez problemu można dogadać się po Polsku.
Na najbliższej praży prysznic oraz dwa lokale z jedzeniem. Na plaży także drzewka pod którymi można się schować w cieniu. Nie potrzeba parasola. Plaża kamienista, ale wbrew obawą przyjemnie. Koniecznie buty do wody.
Z plaży idzie się 300 metrów pod ostrą górkę co może nieco przeszkadzać jeśli ma się trochę sprzętu. Ok 1km druga plaża w zatoczce z małym porcikiem. Duży parking przy samej plaży na, którym zawsze jest miejsce. Z dużą ilością sprzętu jeździliśmy tam.
Miejscowość malutka i spokojna. Po 22 nigdzie nic nie kupisz. Fajny deptak na wieczorne spacerki.
Koniecznie warto odwiedzić starą Podacę, której ruiny widać w górach.

Нам у апартаментах сподобалось все. Чудові господарі, гостинні і привітні. Гарний вид з тераси, велика кімната з усім необхідним обладнанням, чисто, гарне подвіря. Тихо і затишно.Чудове місцерозташування, 3хв. до моря,близько до гірського маршруту в старе місто ( рекомендую прогулятись, прекрасні краєвиди і природа.)

V Chorvatsku sme boli už niekoľkokrát ale v Podaci to bolo top. Výborné ubytovanie, mimoriadne príjemní domáci, a z terasy fantastický výhľad na more. A na peknu pláž to nie je vôbec ďaleko. Do neďalekého, omnoho rušnejšieho Gradacu to je iba na skok (pešo asi 45 min.). Veľká vďaka ešte raz! Ideálne miesto pre dovolenku s malými deťmi.

Velice příjemní domácí a čistý, voňavý apartmán s nádherným výhledem na moře. Nevýhodou je lokace ubytování v příkrém kopci tj. chce to velmi dobrý rozjezd :cool:
K plážím je to z kopce, ale neradila bych vám něco zapomenout na apartmánu. Celkově moc pěkná dovolená na velmi pěkném místě a prostředí. :smile: :smile:
