How do we see it?

The two bedroom nature house, for up to 4 persons, is located directly on the sea in the bay of Žinčena, on the island of Pašman. All the rooms in the house are on the ground floor. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining room contains a fireplace. In the kitchen there is a fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove on gas with 4 burners and an oven, and a SAT-TV, WIFI and a radio. The two bedrooms are both equipped with double beds. Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and both of the bathrooms, whose equipment includes a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Bed linen and bathroom towels are included; fresh will arrive once a week. Beach towels are not available. The roofed terrace is equipped with seating furniture. There is a built barbecue outside and another set of sitting furniture next to the sea. Two sun beds are also included in the equipment of this holiday house.

The electricity and the water should be spent here sparingly. Considering that the water is staying in the tank in hot weather, it is recommend to boil it before drinking, or to buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is fine as it is, for cooking and washing. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights. We recommend to the guests to bring their mobile phone, so that they could contact us in case of need. The sockets in the house are fit for a standard plug, so the guests may recharge their mobile phones in the house, with their own standard household recharger.

There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat drivers license). Boat berth is available without further charges in front of the house. This holiday house is accessible by car, on a distance of about cca. 150 m, on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. These roads are passable for a regular car, with slow and careful driving. The advantage of having your car by the house is that you may easily go on trips and explore not only the immediate, but also the wider area.

The island of Pasman is very close to the mainland - only 15min with the ferry. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, starting from this house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. The house is bookable all year through, but a winter rental includes additional costs for heating materials, No pets, please.

Guests are advised to check in during the morning till early afternoon at our partner agency, because the arrival to the house may be inconvenient at night, and even impossible after the last ferry sailed out. After the check-in in agency, guests travel to the island.
