How far is the house from the sea and where to go to swim?
Property "Secluded holiday home Talija" is located ... m from the beach and from the sea as the crow flies 20 m. To give you a better idea of where you can swim, we went through our database of photos and based on GPS coordinates we have calculated the distances of the property from the nearby beaches.

How do we see it?
Robinsonade Talija is a unique place to spend a peaceful vacation in the middle of the beautiful nature of the island Brac. Hrvaška Bay, where the house is located, is one of the most beautiful bays on the island Brač. There are two pebble beaches directly below the house. There are 3 houses in this bay only, one of them is an organic restaurant of the Vrsalovič family, which is located immediately next to the house. Here you can enjoy a range of excellent Dalmatian specialties. The restaurant can be accessed by boat only. You can moor your own boat free of charge directly under the house. The apartment is new and modern. Parking is available at the house and access to the house is via a gravel road (macadam). See the section below for more details on the recommendations and restrictions for staying on this robinsonade.

Conditions for entering Croatia with a dog
The dog must be microchipped, have a passport and a valid rabies vaccination.
Only those breeds of bull terriers that are recognized by the FCI (International Kennel Club) and the owner has a pedigree from the dog are allowed to enter the country. Crossbreeds of bull terriers are not allowed to enter Croatia. If a dog is a bull terrier cross, it is presumed to be a bull terrier cross.

Pláž v zátoce Mala Hrvatska nádherná, moře čisté jako vždy.

Nevím jestli to byl majitel, ale s předávajícím jsme se střetli jen 5 min první při předání objektu. Vzal si peníze, nechtěl ani občanky. Další dny jsme se zdravili jen v restauraci pod objektem.

Apartmán byl čistý, moderně vybavený. Zklamání bylo umístění hned vedle restaurace - kouř z krbu, zápach z kuchyně. Na pláž se dalo chodit jen přes prostor restaurace. Největší zklamání bylo z absence grilu. Podrobněji jsem to popsal v emailu.
