How far is the house from the sea and where to go to swim?
Property "Secluded holiday home Edita" is located ... m from the beach and from the sea as the crow flies 1 m. To give you a better idea of where you can swim, we went through our database of photos and based on GPS coordinates we have calculated the distances of the property from the nearby beaches.

How do we see it?
Robinson house Edita is the last of the four buildings and stands right next to the pebble beach in Smokvina bay on the south coast of the island of Hvar. In the bay there is one of the nicest pebble beaches on the island. It is 100 m wide and has fine pebbles. The entrance to the sea is with a gradual descent, ideal even for the smallest children. The bay is calm and also suitable for mooring smaller boats. The owners usually import fresh bread for their guests, and a mobile fruit and vegetable seller comes to the bay several times a week. A great advantage is the possibility of ordering excellent Dalmatian specialties and island eco products directly in the neighboring house (see Robinsonáda Stella). The apartments are comfortably furnished and all have spacious terraces with a wonderful view of the sea and the beach. Conditions for entering Croatia with a dog
The dog must be microchipped, have a passport and a valid rabies vaccination.
Only those breeds of bull terriers that are recognized by the FCI (International Kennel Club) and the owner has a pedigree from the dog are allowed to enter the country. Crossbreeds of bull terriers are not allowed to enter Croatia. If a dog is a bull terrier cross, it is presumed to be a bull terrier cross.

Vila Edita nemá sice fasádu dokončenou, ale interiéry jsou krásné, čisté, dobře vybavené. Plyn.sporák, el.lednice, vybavení kuchyně nádobím, sklenicemi, hrnci, příbory.... Klimatizace nebyla potřeba. Majitelé příjemní, úslužní. Ve vedlejším domě malá konoba, která nabízí večeři i nápoje.

V zátoce Smokvina přetrvával klid a pohoda. Služby jsou zde základní (místní konoba, dovoz a prodej potravin, pronájem lodi). Pláž je udržovaná a čistá, místní obyvatelé se starají o úklid a odvoz naplaveného odpadu a trávy.

Kvalita pláže byla špatní, neprovádělo se čištění pláže, takže tam byly plasty, které vyplavilo moře. Bylo tam moc lidí.
