How far is the house from the sea and where to go to swim?
Property "Secluded holiday home Borik" is located ... m from the beach and from the sea as the crow flies 5 m. How do we see it?
Robinson house Borik is located in Pelinovik bay and offers its visitors a peaceful holiday right by the sea. The house has a terrace with pleasant seating in the shade of a pine tree right next to the pebble beach. The beach has a gradual entrance to the sea, which is also suitable for small children. The last section of the road to the house is on macadam (roughly 2.5 km). Parking is possible at the building. There is only service water in the apartment, the cistern with drinking water is located on the ground floor of the house. The entrance to this room is from the lower terrace and guests can store things from the beach here.

Conditions for entering Croatia with a dog
The dog must be microchipped, have a passport and a valid rabies vaccination.
Only those breeds of bull terriers that are recognized by the FCI (International Kennel Club) and the owner has a pedigree from the dog are allowed to enter the country. Crossbreeds of bull terriers are not allowed to enter Croatia. If a dog is a bull terrier cross, it is presumed to be a bull terrier cross.

Plaża znajdowała się bardzo blisko obiektu (kilka metrów), była czysta i często właściwie pusta. Zatoka bardzo spokojna, dzięki czemu idealna dla dzieci. Woda krystaliczna i ciepła. Z plaży korzystali goście z kilkunastu obiektów znajdujących się nad zatoką oraz dojeżdżający, ale nigdy nie było tłoczno. Przed obiektem rośnie duża sosna, dająca cień zarówno wewnątrz, jak i na plaży, co przy wysokich temperaturach było dużym udogodnieniem i nie było konieczności posiadania parasoli przeciwsłonecznych, czy namiotów. Letnisko spełniało nasze oczekiwaniaia. Do dyspozycji mieliśmy duże pomieszczenie, w którym bezpiecznie można było przechowywać sprzęt pływający. Czasami jedynie było trochę głośno do późnych godzin wieczornych, ale nie było to bardzo uciążliwe.

Właściciel jest bardzo sympatyczny i otwarty. Z niczym nie było problemu.

Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z jakości zakwaterowania. Obiekt jest świeżo wyremontowany, estetycznie urządzony, czysty i dobrze wyposażony (zwłaszcza kuchnia - nic w niej nie brakowało). Różnice między opisami, a rzeczywistością są na plus - według informacji od gospodarza w kranie była woda pitna (a miała być w zbiornikach na zewnątrz), był prąd (choć nie we wszystkich gniazdkach). Zgodny z opisem był dostęp do Wi-Fi i brak klimatyzacji. Obiekt oferował środki i sprzęt do utrzymania czystości. Był wygodny i przestronny - w zupełności wystarczający dla 4 osób. Brakowało jedynie trochę wieszaków w łazience oraz przynajmniej jednego leżaka na wyposażeniu (nie było ich w ofercie, więc to nie problem i można się było bez tego obejść). Miejsce i właściciela oceniamy bardzo dobrze - byliśmy miło zaskoczeni warunkami i pobytem (szczególnie bliskością morza). Będziemy je polecać i chętnie wrócimy.

Vše odpovídalo popisu. Majitel zdůraznil šetření elektřiny a vody ( trochu jsem se toho obávala) ale vše vystačilo i když jsme tam byli se dvěma malými dětmi. Pláž úžasná, klid, minimum lidí.. báječný výhled na zátoku.

Někomu může chybět restauracemi, obchod, zmrzlina, přístav na večerní procházky.. ale vše se dá .. může se dojet autem. Je to především pro lidi, kteří vyhledávají klid .

Všude čisto, info od cestovky přesně podle skutečnosti. Opravdu solidní jednání..

Hledala jsem pěkné a klidné místo přímo u moře. Zátoka Pelinovik s krásnou, čistou pláží a pozvolným vstupem do průzračného moře splnila mé očekávání.

Pan majitel byl velmi pozorný, vstřícný a ochotný pomoci i s nákupy potravin. Během pobytu se několikrát přijel podívat a zeptat zda něco nepotřebujeme.

S ubytováním jsem byla spokojená. Apartmán byl připravený, čistý a dobře vybavený. Nenašla jsem rozdíl mezi informacemi na webu a skutečností.

Náš objekt byl sice skromně vybavený, ale vše bylo v pořádku, čisté, nic nechybělo. I okolí apartmánu bylo čisté a v pořádku. Jinak bych dodala, že majitelé ostatních objektů by nemuseli pláž využívat k odkládání pneumatik a rozbitých lodí. Navštívili jsme i vedlejší zátoku Ladena s cedulkou vítá vás Adriadatabanka - nevím, jaké spojení je mezi touto zátokou a Adriadatabankou, ale musím sdělit, že být zaměstnancem Adriadatabanky, k této zátoce bych se nehlásila. Je tam neuvěřitelný nepořádek, špína a skládka. Jinak příroda neuvěřitelně krásná všude, jen by to chtělo jiné chování k ní.

Zabezpečil nákupy, poradil, přijel se podívat, zda něco nepotřebujeme.

Obyčejné vybavení, nic nechybělo, čisto. Je nutné správně informovat klienty, že zde neteče teplá voda a to vůbec, nejsou tu solární panely.

Kdybych mohl přidal bych ještě nějakou hvězdičku na víc.Pan majitel je velmi vstřícný,připravil i malé pohoštění na přivítání,veliký dík.

Objekt byl čistý,uklizený,povlečení ukázkově připravené.S robinzonádou jsem počítal,pro mne ideální dovolená.Jen ta cesta dolů k moři,ale šlo to zvládnout.Děkuji,příště zase s Vámi.
