How far is the house from the sea and where to go to swim?
Property "Secluded holiday home 1355-193" is located ... m from the beach and from the sea as the crow flies 60 m. How do we see it?
House is located in a beautiful bay Ducac, where you can find pebble beach with the sand in the sea. The house has a water supply from the tank and inside the house the water pressure is very low. Hot water is exclusively in the outside shower in black pots that are heated by the sun and must be filled manually. Electricity is obtained through solar panels and is used exclusively for lighting and charging mobile phones and laptops. The last 250m to the property is macadam road and the parking is located 50m from the house.

The dog must be microchipped, have a passport and a valid rabies vaccination.
Only those breeds of bull terriers that are recognized by the FCI (International Kennel Club) and the owner has a pedigree from the dog are allowed to enter the country. Crossbreeds of bull terriers are not allowed to enter Croatia. If a dog is a bull terrier cross, it is presumed to be a bull terrier cross.
