House was finished in 2015. with intention to preserve the natural setting and provide guests with the ultimate island experience. It is combination of nautical tradition of owner and new which makes house an exceptional place to spend your next holidays. From practically every point in and outside of the house, there are unobstructed views of the Adriatic Sea, reaching across to the island of Hvar and the Pelješac peninsula. Just underneath the house, there is a private pier , and the large beach in the centre of Prigradica is only several minutes away on foot.
