The two bedroom nature house, for up to 6 persons, is located just 100m from the sea, in the bay of Bozanska, on the island of Pasman. This house has two storeys, but only the upper one is open for guests. The ground floor is empty and not for rent. The open-plan kitchen with living and dining room contains a fireplace and a sofa for two persons. Wireless Internet and SAT-TV are in this house available without further charges. In the kitchen there is a fridge with a freezer compartment and a stovetop on gas with 4 burners, as well as a toaster, kettle and a filter coffee maker. The two bedrooms are both equipped with a double bed. The bathroom equipment includes a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bed linen and bathroom towels (one per person) are included, fresh arrive once a week. Beach towels are not available. In the garden, there is a built barbecue in a covered gazebo with sitting furniture. For the garden shower, the water warms up by the warmth of the sun. The balcony is furnished, sunbeds are also available. The electricity and the water should be spent here sparingly. Considering that the water is staying in the tank in hot weather, it is recommend to boil it before drinking, or to buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is fine as it is, for cooking and washing. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights.

We recommend to the guests to bring their mobile phone, so that they could contact us in case of need. One socket in the house is fit for a standard plug, so the guests may recharge their mobile phones in the house, with their own standard household recharger. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat drivers license). Boat berth is available without further charges in front of the house, fit only for smaller boats. This nature house can be reached by car. The road that leads to it is concreted. The location of the house is on the hilltop, without immediate neighbors. The path to the sea is steep, the beach is rocky.

The island of Pasman is very close to the mainland - only 15min with the ferry. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, starting from this house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. The house is bookable all year through, but a winter rental includes additional costs for heating materials. This is a pet-friendly house, pets are welcome here, against a surcharge of 5 EUR per day per pet. Please, state in your inquiry, with how many pets are you traveling.

Guests are advised to check in during the morning till early afternoon at our partner agency, because the arrival to the house may be inconvenient at night, and even impossible after the last ferry sailed out. After the check-in in agency, guests travel to the island.
