How do we see it?

Nature House with two bedrooms, for up to 5 persons, is located 30m from the beach in the bay Landjin on the island of Pasman. This bay is frequented by sailing boats because of a restaurant, 400 m from this house, famous for its Dalmatian cuisine. This holiday house spreads over two floors.

The kitchen / living room and the bathroom with shower are placed on the ground floor. The kitchen / living room is equipped with cutlery, crokery, refrigerator with freezer compartment, cooking stove, oven, radio, TV with local channels and a sofa for one person. Both of the bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with two single beds - and a toilet are placed on the upper floor, which is accessible by an outside staircase. Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen, in the bathroom with shower and in the toilet. Bed linen is prepared for the guests, fresh is delivered once a week. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available, please bring your own.

The house has a central heating system, on wood, so it is well suited for winter rentals, however additional costs for heating materials would occure. There are two furnished terraces, one in the front of the house and one in the back. There is also a seating area by the fence, overlooking the bay. A built stone barbecue and a garden shower are available as well. Guests may have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot.The water and electricity should be spent here sparingly. The reservoir holds 12.000 l sweetwater. This water is kept in the tank in hot weather, therefore we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. The household supply of electricity is at 220V, generated by solar panels, but no household appliancies may be used besides the equipment of the house and battery rechargers. We recommend that you bring your cell phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your cell phone in the house, with your regular household recharger.

The house is accessible by car to about 250m distance, on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the island hills, that can be affected by weather conditions. This road is passable for a regular car, with slow and careful driving. The advantage of having your car by the house is that you may easily go on trips and explore not only the immediate, but also the wider area, which offers many attractive excursion locations. Parking in the bay of Landjin is free of charge. Ferry tickets are not included in the price.

The island of Pašman is a great destination for all who are into water sports. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, starting from this house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. This is a pet-friendly accommodation; pets are welcome here, against a surcharge of 5 EUR per day per pet. Please state in your inquiry with how many pets are you travelling. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday in the spring, summer and autumn, however for winter rentals, shorter periods (2-3 days) are as well possible, for weekend breaks.There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat drivers license). A boat berth is available in front of the house without further charges.

Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our partner agency, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night, even impossible after the last ferry to the island has sailed out. After the check-in in agency you will travel to the island.

Odvrácená strana ostrovu Pašman je krásná, klidná, velmi vhodná pro klidnou dovolenou v kruhu rodiny nebo přátel. Pláže jsou kamenité, se vstupem do vody po schůdkách, doporučuji vzít sebou boty do vody, v moři jsou ježci. Děti jsi užili skvělé šnorchlování.
