In the silence of untouched nature, this holiday home is located among the pine trees. The house is ideal for relaxation from the hustle and bustle of the city. The proximity to the sea gives it a special charm. The house is 700m away from the last house in the village, 2,5 km from the center and 12 km from Trogir. The airport is 18 km away and the highway is 22 km away. From Slatina to Split by car or bus it is 40 km. Boats connect Slatine with Split and Trogir, so you can reach both destinations in 20 minutes by boat. This is an experience not to be missed.
Because of the distance from the city, the house is equipped with a solar system that is sufficient for small consumption (lighting, mobile chargers, laptops, TVs, blenders, hair dryer, which is part of the equipment of the house). There is NO BOILER for hot water heating or air conditioning, which you do not need, because the house is located in the middle of greenery that provides great shade. The house is supplied with rainwater from a 16000 l tank which is health friendly. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one with a large double bed and a single bed, a spacious living room with dining area, a kitchen and a gallery with a double bed and a bathroom (shower without hot water)
.The house has 2 terraces - a smaller southern one (approximately 20 m2) a larger northern one (50 m2) which is partially covered but shaded most of the day. With the apartment on the upper floor there is also a lower floor with a summer room (1 double bed + 1 single bed), a summer kitchen with gas fridge and oven for baking and a summer bathroom with shower and hot water from a solar boiler.
The whole property is fenced and safe for children. The outside is divided into two parts: parking for three cars and a sunbathing area or childrens play area. There is also a cot available, which must be booked in advance. Directly in front of the house there is a concrete walkway and a descent to the sea, and 100 m from the left and right side there are rocky beaches.
