How far is the house from the sea and where to go to swim?
Property "Apartments Josipa" is located ... m from the beach and from the sea as the crow flies 50 m. To give you a better idea of where you can swim, we went through our database of photos and based on GPS coordinates we have calculated the distances of the property from the nearby beaches.

How do we see it?
The apartments Josipa are located on the south side of the island of Ciovo, at a distance of 5 km from the historic centre of Trogir and 30 km from Split. The house lies on a small hill in the vicinity of the sea and the terraces of its apartments command a lovely view of the sea and the island of Brac. In the neighbourhood of the house, there are well-kept small villas with gardens and the whole of the quiet district is all Mediterranean atmosphere. There are four-bed apartments with separate entrances and terraces available in the house. The apartments are newly designed and well-equipped ( TV set with sattelite TV, radio, cassette recorder, CD player ). Pleasant atmosphere, peace and the crystal-clear sea will enrich you when spending your vacation. The owners are very friendly with their guests. A large stone barbecue in the garden is also available for you. The accommodation prices are advantageous with respect to the accommodation standard.

Conditions for entering Croatia with a dog
The dog must be microchipped, have a passport and a valid rabies vaccination.
Only those breeds of bull terriers that are recognized by the FCI (International Kennel Club) and the owner has a pedigree from the dog are allowed to enter the country. Crossbreeds of bull terriers are not allowed to enter Croatia. If a dog is a bull terrier cross, it is presumed to be a bull terrier cross.

Velký problém ostrova Čiovo je doprava a spojení s pevninou. Přestože jsme dovolenou začínali i končili ve všední den, cesta na ostrov i z ostrova trvala více jak hodinu:-(. Během celého pobytu jsme využívali pouze lodní dopravu.

Kromě toho, že majitelka nerozuměla česky :-) nebyl problém. Po prvním týdnu dovolené přinesla povlečení na výměnu, jinak jsme její služby nepotřebovali.

Objekt sice čistý, ale pro 3 dospělé osoby malý. Vybavení zastaralé, TV se nepodařilo zprovoznit, wifi připojení velice slabé. Vybavení kuchyně dostačující, ale lednice tak miniaturní, že jsme museli využívat autochladničku

Właścicielka dyspozycyjna, gotowa pomóc w razie potrzeby, nie narzucająca się.

Wyposażenie bardzo dobre, wszystko czyste i zgodne z opisem,jedynie taras nie był ogólnodostępny, jak napisano w ofercie, ale to nie miało żadnego wpływu na jakość pobytu, bo apartamenty miały własne tarasiki, a wieczorami można było siedzieć przy grillu. Plaża w rzeczywistości lepsza niż w opisie, a do plaży miejskiej było daleko, z resztą nie polecam.

Očekávání, co se týče pláží, byla splněna, jen jsme z předchozích letovisek byli přímo na plážích zvyklí na hospůdky s točeným pivem, ty nám chyběly. Dalším "známým" problémem ostrova Čiovo jsou kolony na jediných příjezdových mostech.

Nejsme zvyklí si stěžovat, paní domácí byla ochotná a příjemná a je nám jasné, že i její vnoučata mají nárok na léto u moře, ale... To malinké, které celkem často brečelo, se asi ovlivnit nedá, budiž, nicméně vnuk (asi 5 let), okopávající v době odpoledních siest míčem stěnu přímo pod našimi apartmány a patřičně nahlas u toho výskající, to bylo silné kafe.

Tady problémy nebyly, vše odpovídalo informacím, jen by majitelé (a to se netýká jen tohoto apartmánu, zkušenosti máme i z jiných), mohli vybírat funkčnější a pohodlnější rozkládací lůžka, na kterých se dva vyspí, aniž by se svezli doprostřed, protože postele nejdou narovnat, navíc se špatně rozkládají.

Apartamenty Josipa Okrug Gornji spełnił wpełni nasze oczekiwania polecamy innym turystom. Właściciele są przyjaźnie nastawieni i wpełni zaangażowani w to aby pobyt w ich apartamentach spełnił oczekiwania gości. Gorąco polecamy!
S ubytováním jsme byli velmi spokojeni, prostředí bylo čisté, majitelé apartmánu Josipa Okrug Gornji byli i velmi ochotní í. Líbilo se nám i dané okolí i blízkost moře, takže uvažujeme o stejné rekreaci i příští rok.
