How far is the house from the sea and where to go to swim?
Property "Apartments Ivo" is located ... m from the beach as the crow flies 70 m and to the nearest beach it is 100 m . How do we see it?
The house is located only 100 meters from the bay and the sea in the residential area of Rogoznica. Nearby are beautiful pebble beaches. They are located on the north and south side of the coast and are suitable for bathing the youngest children. The sea here is clear. The centre of Rogoznica and the most modern yacht harbour on the Adriatic, Marina Frapa, are not far away. You live in a quiet neighborhood and still enjoy the benefits of a modern resort. In front of the house there is a mature palm tree and a nicely maintained garden with many flowers and lots of greenery. Guests have a spacious garden gazebo with shaded seating and a large stone barbecue. Their cars are safely parked in the gated parking area in front of the house. The owners of the house are very hospitable.

Conditions for entering Croatia with a dog
The dog must be microchipped, have a passport and a valid rabies vaccination.
Only those breeds of bull terriers that are recognized by the FCI (International Kennel Club) and the owner has a pedigree from the dog are allowed to enter the country. Crossbreeds of bull terriers are not allowed to enter Croatia. If a dog is a bull terrier cross, it is presumed to be a bull terrier cross.

Krásné místo pro dovolenou, pláže super, restaurace v dosahu 10 minut chůze od ubytování taky super.

Letovisko bylo malé avšak s dostatkem restaurací. Pláže čisté, ale mohlo by zde být více stánků zajišťující občerstvení. Málo pekáren.

Uvitání a předvedení vybavení proběhlo bez závad. Co včak bylo obtěžující, bylo neustále napomínání majitele na zachovávání klidu a to jak v ranních, tak odpoledních hodinách. Důvod spící vnoučata. Takže jsme se báli i smát ať není problém. Když však přijeli jeho známí či rodinní příslušníci už se tolik na klid nehledělo. Na dovolenou si člověk jede odpočinout a pobavit. Toto nám však bylo v určité míře upřeno.

Málo bufetů přímo u pláže, pouze jeden s možností objednání jídla, ostatní pouze nápoje. Restaurace daleko mimo hlavní pláž.

Letovisko a pláže menší. Koupání na skalách a v zátokách super. Nádherné čisté moře.

Apartmán v Rogoznici byl pěkný. Bylo velmi čisto a majitelé byli ochotní. Pláž byla skutečně blízko a byla upravená.
S kvalitou v domě Ivo – měli jsme nejlepší ubytování za posledních 5 let.Majitelé domu byli velmi pozorní.
Ubytování i majitelé apartmánu byli perfektní.
