How do we see it?
Apartmani Dalmacija is situated in small place Kanica near Rogoznica. We ofer you two singleroom appartments. Besides large bed in the bedroom, there is a sofa that can easily be a comfort bed for 2 in the living room. You have large balcony and if needed we can join them and you can have 1 extra large terrace. Appartments are New and moderne. The beach is notorna far away. You can wnjoy cristally clear search and have a peacefull wedication.

| The apartment is newmade and modern. There is a large bed in a bedroom and couch in the living rooom where two people can comfortlly sleep. if you are not at the beach you can watch LCD tv, or surf the Internet in the apartment. The kitchen is ready for a longer stay (fridge, freezer, disher, microwave, kettle, oven...). In front of the apartment is a large balcony where you can have ypur privacy, but if you come with friiends we can connect your balconies so you have an extra large terrace. je novouređen i moderno namješten. U sobi je bračni krevet (180X200 cm), a u dnevnom boravku kauč na razvlačenje (140x190 cm). Apartman je opremljen LCD televizorom sa satelitskim programima. Kuhinja ima sve potrebno za dulji boravak (frižider sa zamrzivačem, pećnica, perilica suđa, mikrovalna pećnica, kuhalo za vodu...). Iz apartmana se izlazi na prostrani balkon s kojeg pogled puca na cijelu uvalu te na okolne otočiće. Postoji mogućnost spajanja balkona s balkonom susjednog apartmana što je idealno ako ste na ljetovanju s prijateljima, osobito za obitelji s djecom. | |

Conditions for entering Croatia with a dog
The dog must be microchipped, have a passport and a valid rabies vaccination.
Only those breeds of bull terriers that are recognized by the FCI (International Kennel Club) and the owner has a pedigree from the dog are allowed to enter the country. Crossbreeds of bull terriers are not allowed to enter Croatia. If a dog is a bull terrier cross, it is presumed to be a bull terrier cross.

Naprosto spokojení, úžasné nádherné místo, klid a krásný nový apartmán.

Majitelé jsme moc nevídaly, akorát při příjezdu a odjezdu ale byli příjemný a milý.

Letovisko s minimem turistů. Kvalita služeb a pláží průměrná. Nejbližší obchůdek s potravinami cca 2kilometry. Každé ráno jezdil v čase 6:50 pekař a zelinář až k apartmánu. Vzdálenost k moři,cestou cca 300metrů. Spokojeni.

S chováním a službami majitelky Ivanky, naprosto spokojeni. Velmi milá a pohostinná.

Kvalita a čistota ubytování byla bez výhrad. Rozdíly mezi informacemi na webu a skutečností,nebyly vůbec žádné. DOPORUČUJEME

Kanica je malé letovisko, které určitě bude vyhovat všem, kteří mají rádi klid.

Majitelka je velmi vstřícná, mohli jsme se ubytovat o pár hodin dříve, při příjezdu jsme dostali občerstvení a v den odjezdu nebyl problém se u ní po koupeli v moři ještě vysprchovat (i když už jsme byli vystěhovaní z apartmánu).
3.
Apartmán je čistý, nový, prakticky vybavený.

Vše odpovídalo očekávání. Kanica je malebné a klidné letovisko s krásnou "divokou" pláží a množstvím polních cest v okolí, které umožňují podnikat tůry s krásnými výhledy na moře. V obci sice chybí obchod a přístupová cesta je dosti úzká a míjení se s protijedoucím vozidlem je poněkud dobrodružné, ale to je bohatě vyváženo výše uvedenými klady.

Perfektní přístup; majitel po dohodě zařídil každodení ranní dodávku pečiva, pomohl ze zajištěním servisu vozidla - absolutní spokojenost.

Vše naprosto odpovídalo informacím na webu. Objekt je zcela nový a čistý. Vše plně funkční.

Ač služby v lokalitě, která je vzdálena cca 5km od hlavní cesty nejsou ve srovnání s jinými lokacemi na tak vysoké úrovni, jedna restaurace s teplým jídlem a jedna kavárna s palačinkami a "fast food" stravou plně dostačují. Jelikož lokalitu navštěvuji, přesně jsem věděl, že budu spokojen.

Vstřícní a přátelští majitelé s hodnými a slušně vychovanými dětmi.

Jedná se o nový apartmán, ve kterém jsme byli prvními ubytovanými. Vše krásné a nové. Objekt je sice vzdálen cca 250m od moře, ale paradoxně se tento fakt stává výhodou. V horkých letních dnech na terase, na rozdíl od apartmánu v údolí, velice příjemně pofukuje větřík. S vybavením apartmánu naprostá spokojenost. Fotografie na webu se shodují se skutečností a skutečnost je spíše předčí. Ubytování a majitelé spolu s kouzelnou lokalitou, kterou milujeme, nám nachystali krásnou dovolenou.
