Conditions for entering Croatia with a dog
The dog must be microchipped, have a passport and a valid rabies vaccination.
Only those breeds of bull terriers that are recognized by the FCI (International Kennel Club) and the owner has a pedigree from the dog are allowed to enter the country. Crossbreeds of bull terriers are not allowed to enter Croatia. If a dog is a bull terrier cross, it is presumed to be a bull terrier cross.

tak nebyl to žádný luxus,ale do čeho jdeme jsme věděli-takže se vše obešlo bez překvapení.....na druhou stranu ,vše bylo maximálně kompenzováno snahou majitele objektu/ p. Franeho Tokiče/...nejlépe o naší spokojennosti vypovídá to,že jsme stejné místo k dovolené využili jak v roce 2014,tak i v roce 2015........pro nenáročné klienty,kterým stačí moře a přírodní krásy chorvatska ,takové ubytování naprosto vyhovuje........

The apartment was very small and uncomfortable.
we found an old shower stall with the doors outside of the appropriate binary, simply leaned to the wall.
There's no a balcony but only a little outdoor area shared with other apartments, and there are no rules: there was a family that occupied from morning to night the only one table available and the only one barbecue, leaving all dirty every day, despite the owner living there so he could see everything that was going on. There were NO WIFI.

Hľadali sme ubytovanie v blízkosti Omiša na 1 noc za čo najnižšiu cenu. Na jednu noc je to vyhovujúce, ale na dlhší pobyt by nám vadilo, že okno je oproti betónovému múru a kuchynka veľmi malá. K pláži treba prejsť cez jadranskú magistrálu, ktorá je veľmi frekventovaná.

Отдыхали мы в данном месте с 13 августа 2009 года 2 недели. И хотя отдых на чистом море Хорватии практически невозможно испортить, то для меня было новостью увидеть ТАКОЕ проживание и условия. И сказать честно,это единственное, что омрачало отдых,хотя и очень незначительно. Я не первый раз отдыхаю так в Хорватии, поэтому могу сравнивать. Основной минус данного места-дорога между жилищем и пляжем. Будет возможность-выбирайте без таковой. Теперь о самом жилище, честно, мне странны восхитительные отзывы о нем. Не надо смешивать Хорватию и эти аппартаменты. Апартаменты даже при их казалось бы низкой стоимости - НЕ СТОЯТ этих денег. Красная цена им 10 евро. Даже самые дешевые хостелы для студентов в европе гораздо приятнее. Сами апартаменты грязные, у меня вообще сложилось впечатление, что понятия уборка и чистота хозяевам не очень знакомы. Вековая пыль, неубранные сан.приборы...очень мило. Постель затхлая..жутко пахнет. Постельное белье дали постиранное, но такое старое,что на нем дыры. Вместо полотенец какие-то две маленькие тряпочки с дырками. Меня угораздило взять с собой полотенца и это спасло, ну и купить уже на месте дополнительно. Никакой техники-фен, телевизор или радио, про кондей вообще молчу.Нарисованная терасса-это либо стол под лестницей общей, либо съемка соседнего дома.Смыв в туалете не работает, так что тазик не покидал нас. Благо были без детей. Принято убирать и менять постель хотя бы раз в неделю. НО!! Почему-то по прошествии недели ни белья, ни уборки не последовало.
На вопросы хозяева вдруг стали говорить только на своей мове, не понимая ни по английски, ни по немецки, ни по русски. Белье выбили, уборку нет.Хотя! Мы оставили типа чаевых..их они взяли. Таких неприветливых хозяев в Хорватии я встретила впервые.Когда нам понадобилась мед.помощь и мы хо

This was a nice enough place, but the toilet just didn't work, you couldn't flush out properly and we really missed the air condition that was not there so much, but at least there was a big fan...
They did have wireless internet, but wouldn't share it with us, even thou we asked nicely, but it was not included in the deal, so, but anyway, they could be kind and share, if you ask me, what's the harm...
No where to hang the showerhead, so you gotta hold that one for yourself, like a true singstar...
+ there was a washing machine and the beach was nice, but just next to a road...
All in all an average place...

Хорошее месторасположение. Пляж, остановка совсем близко. Хозяева очень гостеприимные и приятные люди. Апартаменты полностью соответствуют фотографиям и описаниям на сайте. Месторасположение удачное - в небольшом удалении от г.Омиш. Еще ближе (Дуги Рат) много кафе, есть магазины, почта и рынок. Место очень понравилось. Единственное что надо учесть при бронирование, что в апартаментах b, d окна выходят на стену, но зато совсем не слышно ни дороги, ни шума со двора и от стены прохладно в жару.
Нам очень понравилось. Особенно добродушные хозяева дома, которые очень любят детей.

V celku sme boli spokojný. To čo sme očakávali sa aj splnilo.Domáci boli veľmi ústretoví a príjemní ľudia.Ubytovanie bolo super,trošku menej priestoru ale tá terasa nemala chybu.Pláže? Máme radi pieskové ale zvykli sme si.Možnosť výberu len treba pochodiť ale v podstate je pláž vzdialená 100 metrov,čiže sme veľmi nevyberali...Možnosti na nákup potravín bolo tak isto neúrekom,cca 4 km vzdialený market CBA , množstvo pekární a centrum-super.....

Ubytovanie - bolo tam veľmi čisto, fotky súhlasia s realitou viacmenej. Sú však robené tak, aby mal človek pocit, že miestnosti sú rozľahlé, v skutočnosti sú veľmi malé a je tam veľmi obmedzený pohyb. Aj manželská postel bola menšia - ja meriam 188 cm a nebola pohodlna, spával som však v kuchyni, tam bola ešte jedna miestnosť. Čo zabudli Chorváti odfotiť, tak to bol prístup do apartmánu, ktorý bol cez schodište v zlom stave a bez zábradlia, čo trošku na začiatku pokazilo dojem. 2 veľké pozitíva - klimatizácia - bolo tam naozaj skvelé počasie, bez nej by sa tam nedalo spávať a balkón, s príjemným výhľadom na more - to bola najobľúbenejšia miestnosť. Pláže - si človek nájde aké mu vyhovujú, treba si to trošku pochodiť. Miesto - tá hlavná cesta nám trochu vadila na začiatku - ak by sme mali mať otvorené okno alebo balkón cez noc, tak by sa nedalo spať pre hluk z áut, no klimatizácia to zachránila. Domáci - mladí ľudia, ktorí majú malé dieťa, tak ako my. Takže nám vyhovovali, riešili podobné veci ako my, chceli mať kľud - večer išlo dieťa spať a tak. Nerozumejú po slovensky - ona ovládala angličtinu. Je to príjemné miesto na dovolenku, všade na okolí - blízko sú rôzne pizzerie a posedenia pri mori, takže odporúčame. My sme boli v septembri prvý týždeň, nebolo tam už toľko ľudí - bolo veľmi fajn.:smile::
