Conditions for entering Croatia with a dog
The dog must be microchipped, have a passport and a valid rabies vaccination.
Only those breeds of bull terriers that are recognized by the FCI (International Kennel Club) and the owner has a pedigree from the dog are allowed to enter the country. Crossbreeds of bull terriers are not allowed to enter Croatia. If a dog is a bull terrier cross, it is presumed to be a bull terrier cross.

Nice place for staying during the holidays at Korcula. The housekeeper spoke French so the communication was well. Cleaning before arriving should be a bit better but we understand the diffilculties. A pleasant stay!! See you back at Korcula. 8)

Ausgezeichnet! Sehr nette Gastgeber, eigener Zugang zum Meer, absolut ruhig, das letzte Haus in der Reihe, somit bis zum Strand von Zitna unverbaut. Sehr zu empfehlen. Swimmingpool ist sauber und gepflegt. Jederzeit wieder.

Az épület beltere régimódi, amúgy rendben van. Légkondit is szereltek be, ami a hirdetésben még nem volt benne. Viszont a hely, ahol van, az lenyűgöző: szinte teljes panorámában a tenger, nincs előtte más épület, saját tengeri lejáró, saját medence (gyerekenek nagyon jó volt), és kényelmesen az épület mellett lehet parkolni - ami Horvátországban nem egyszerű, a legtöbb helyen.

A házat a GPS könnyed megtalálta. Parkolás megoldott. A medencét minden nap takarítják. A berendezések egyszerűek, de nekünk minden működött. A terasz tágas, gyönyörű kilátással a tengerre. Sajnos az árnyékolása csak felülről megoldott. A víz nagyon közel van (1 perc), a lejutás egyszerű. Sziklás a part és hirtelen mélyül. Cserébe kristálytiszta a víz és szinte senki sincs. Csak úszóknak való. A parton való letelepedést beton teraszok biztosítják. A vízbejutást kis korlát segíti, ami nagyon hasznos! Nekünk tökéletes volt. Korcula meg maga az ÁLOM!
Az igaz, hogy kicsit drága, de a korábbi negatív vélemények szerintem túlzóak. Mi összességében elégedettek voltunk!

Clean. No air conditioning. Host speak Croatian and French only but was pleasant. Facility needs updating but right on the ocean was very nice. I bit overpriced and the other guests can hear each other in the other apartments which limit privacy. :nice: :) :) :) :)

Ubytování – zklamání!!! Ubytování NEodpovídá fotkám. Fotky jsou pořízené, když bylo vše nové. Cena je velice nadhodnocena. Je tu špína, popraskané zdi, sprcha na provázek, malá lednice, mrazák malinký v lednici, WC papír jen 1 rolička, ručníky malé jen na obličej, utěrka není. Pytel na odpadky jen 1x, lékárna 0. S cenou 100EUR za apartmán rozhodně nesouhlasím!!! Vše mám nafocené. Sprcha je zrezlá a ucpaná vodním kamenem. Neteče. Tedy trochu stříká všude. Je připevněná na provázek. Apatrmán má cenu tak 50EUR a to je moc optimistické. Byla jsem za 70EUR a to byl luxus. Byl tam strojek na komáry do zásuvky i s náplněmi, o pračce nemluvě. Byla tam i myčka se vším a sporák s troubou. Zde není nic a ještě je to strašně drahé!!! Příbory špinavé a "vylisované". Jak papír. Paní je sama a nic nestíhá. Bazén jen s přesolenou vodou. Pro děti nevhodné. Rozhodně za tu cenu NEDOPORUČUJI!!! Jinak prostředí je super, klid, pohoda, čisté moře. A ještě mě překvapila přirážka cestovky. Paní chtěla 70EUR a cestovní kancelář 30EUR!

Na tomto čarovnom mieste sme si užili úžasnú dovolenku aj s našimi dvoma malými chlapcami. Interiér je presne ako na fotkách, úplne postačuje a vyhovuje. Apartmán má priestrannú vlastnú terasu s luxusným výhľadom. Chlapci si užívali bazén na spoločnej terase, večer zase gril. 100 bodov má od nás vlastný prístup do mora krásneho, čistého a veeeľkého. Pani Rosa, Ďakujeme a dovidenia opäť o rok :smile:

Poca cura nei particolari, nella manutenzione (maniglie rotte,tavoletta bagno e portelle armadietti con chiusura difettosa) e negli accessori (asciugamani, stoviglie, ecc)
Scarsa pulizia e igiene: polvere abbondante su armadi,pavimenti, tappeti, lampadari/ventole. Trovati su armadi e comodino degli stuzzicadenti!
Pavimento terrazza sporco con pezzi di biscotti sotto il tavolo, In cucina dietro al lavabo macchie di salsa e sul rubinetto del lavandino macchie di dentifricio.

:sad: Z tohoto ubytování máme rozporuplné dojmy. Krásný dům, ještě hezčí terasa s bazénem, ale špinavé a mnohdy v havarijním stavu. Domácí bohužel jsou již staří a na dům nestačí ani na základní úklid ne. Tak pokud Vás neodradí, že si budete muset utřít prach a vyluxovat, popřípadě pomoct při nějaké opravě, místo je krásné a romantické. Neskutečně čisté moře s betonovým molem přímo na pozemku domu. Kupodivu zde je v moři ještě stále na co se dívat. Spousta barevných ryb, hvězdic a jiné havěti. Jak začne foukat, tak koupání na útesu začíná být nebezpečné kvůli vlnám. Cca 20minut pěšky je nádherná zátoka s oblázky a bílým pískem "jak z reklamy". Tam můžete vyrazit i s malými dětmi. Vstup je pozvolný. Asi je to veřejná pláž, protože je plná odpadků, tak pytle na odpadky s sebou! :-D. Jinak v Zavaliti jsou 2 restaurace a jeden bar s pizzou. Konzum je od apartmánu pár kroků. Za zmínku stojí nedaleké vinice a stáčírna bílého vína Pošip v Čare. Závěrem je to krásné místo, ale za cenu tohoto apartmánu najdete v místě asi lepší. Cena rozhodně neodpovídá. Asi přirážka za výhled a vlastní vlez do vody.

Co sa tyka miesta aj okolia, je Zavalatica raj. Bol som v Zavalatici toho roku 2x a na buduci rok sa tam tesim znova. Toto ubytko je tejto dedine na najlepsom mieste. Fantasticka panorama a bozsky klud. Domaci su v pohode a ked sme cosi potrebovali boli ochotni a bezprostredni. Boli sme na pobyte bez auta a ked sme odchadzali ochotne nas zaviezli na BUS, ktory je inak dobru hodinu pesi. Pre relax dospelym aj detom mozem len doporucit:wink:

Upravo smo se vratili s dvotjednog odmora u ovom apartmanu. Sve je bilo izvrsno, domaćini posebno ljubazni, moguće je koristiti bazen, terasu, suncobrane, roštilj, a domaćini više nego spremno odgovaraju na sve upite i jako su uslužni i ljubazni. Jako ugodan odmor!
We just came back from our 2-week stay and everything was great! The hosts are extremely nice and helpful and you have all of the house amenities at your disposal (sea water swimming pool, recliners, beach umbrellas, barbecue etc.). We are usually very demanding customers but here it is hard to find anything to object!:smile:

Szerintem ha megtalálja az ember a megfelelő hangot a háziakkal, akkor minden tökéletes. Persze láttam olyanokat, akik nem találták meg azt a hangot, hát ....
Nem irigyeltem a helyzetüket.
Egyébként minden nagyon jó, a hely természeti adottságai sok mindenért kárpótolnak!!

I was in Zavalatica for the past 3 years in this same apartment and I really don't understand what is the problem. I had no problem with the hosts, most of all they are friendly and that is why I am coming back. They have their own vine which is very good and Tomislav (the owner) never miss an opportunity to offer a bottle!! Maybe the problem is in the people putting bad comments because they are bad guests! Every room has TV with satellite and are very clean. The swimming pool is cleaned every week and my kids enjoy it!! I am comming back this year with friends (it will be the 4th time in 6 years) and I know I will not be disappointed, as usual.

Byla jsem v Zavalatnici minulý rok koncem září.Nikdy bych tam více nejela!!!Chorvati byli zalezení jak kukly.Všude na pokojích byla špina a moc prachu.Nic nefungovalo.Domácí byla nepříjemná a na peníze.Bazén je napuštěný slanou vodou.Vůbec nedoporučuji.Pokud si chcete zkazit dovolenou,tak prosím.Hnus!!!
