Ubytovanie dobré, blízko pláže. Domáci príjemní, ochotní pomôcť. Pláž vyhovujúca skôr pre deti a starších, pretože voda je ozaj malá. V blízkosti sú pláže aj s hlbšou vodou, dostupné peši. Obchod a reštaurácie v blízkosti. 8)

Sehr abgewohntes Appartement, ein Schlafzimmer war nicht geputzt, der Rest auch nicht sehr sauber. Aufdringlicher Vermieter, mit dem wir um eine Rückerstattung von 247€ streiten mussten, nachdem ein Kind beim Duschen einen Stromschlag erhalten hatte. :( :(

Sehr nette Gastgeber und tolle Lage. Vom Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber die Elektrogeräte sind neu. Für Kinder sehr gute Strandlage, da man sehr weit ins Wasser laufen kann. Zum schwimmen muss man etwas Geduld aufbringen und laufen :P
Alles in allem würden wir wieder kommen

Urlaub war super schön. Die Wohnung war auch gut ausgestattet. Entspricht auch der Beschreibung im Internet. Super Lage, da direkt am Meer. Nur über die Straße und schon da! Perfekt für eine Familie mit Kleinkind. Der Ort ist sehr sehr schön. Würde wieder herkommen, wenn es das nächste mal wieder nach Kroatien geht. :)

Nagyon jó helyen van. A tenger közelsége szuper. Igazi pihenésre való hely. Az ágyunk kissé nyikorgott, de ettől függetlenül mindenkinek ajánlom. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Család gyerekekkel.

Vše v naprostém pořádku. Ideální místo pro rodiny s dětmi. Písčitá pláž hned u objektu, daleká mělčina, domácí přátelští, apartmán čistý. Určitě využijeme znovu. :smile:

Wir sind sehr herzlich entfangen durch die Familie des Vermieters und sie waren immer für uns da.
Das Haus und die terasse sind sehr net und sauber. Die aussicht von der terasse is besonders schön. Die bezitser des Hauses spricht nicht viel Deutch, aber die Tochter des Hauses spricht gut Deutsch, Englisch und Italienisch.
Unseren bootfahrt mit der Tochter hat uns sehr gefallen und wir haben viel über der Insel Rab gelernt.
Wir haben sehr genoßen von unseren zwei wochen. Auch das unglaublich saubere wasser und viele kleine meerestieren haben darzu beigetragen.
Alles zusammen: Eine fantastische bestimmung!
und vielleicht zum nächsten Jahr.:happy:

Rubinetteria a pezzi, stoviglie in condizioni assai discutibili ( trovate sporche, sbreccate e arrugginite),lampadine fulminate, niente appendiabiti all'ingresso e uno solo per bagno (in una casa per sei persone?), in 12 giorni nessun cambio di lenzuola,niente moccio per lavare i pavimenti (l'abbiamo preteso), mi son sentita dare della pedante e dell'Italiana pulita dalla padrona di casa che contemplava i grumi di polvere tirati fuori da sotto i letti....ed eravamo i primi clienti della stagione! La casa potrebbe essere eccellente se la si sapesse gestire decentemente. Così, bisogna veramente sapersi accontentare.

Zakwaterowanie ok, spokojnie i przyjemnie, plaża słabo się nadaje do kąpieli bardziej do cumowania lodek ale niedaleko są swietne.Okolica na 5+ polecam popływać łódką a gospodarze pozytywni. Gorąco Polecam!!:cool:

La casa è inserita in un panorama da sogno; si trova in una piccola baia tranquilla con un mare cristallino e, dalle spalle, arriva un gradevole profumo di mirto. La pulizia è esemplare come anche l'ospitalità:smile:!Ormai siamo ospiti abituali...!:heart:

La casa si trova in una tranquilla località a due passi dal mare ed è dalla macchia mediterranea.
E' ideale per famiglie con bambini dato che il mare ha il fondale basso e sabbioso, i genitori invece possono tenerli d'occhio stando tranquillamente seduti all'ombra del vecchio albero di fico(eventualmente approfittando dello spazio per il barbecue o della grappa offerta dai padroni :tongue: ).
Ci tengo a sottolineare che le foto sono vere al 100%

V ponuke neplatia tri zásadne veci - Objekt sa nenachádza pri hlavnej ceste, Medzi objektom a plážou nie je hlavná cesta, Objekt sa nachádza priamo na pláži. Buď je to nehorázne klamstvo, alebo tam stihli šikovní stavbári veľmi rýchlo postaviť frekventovanú cestu. Dom stojí rovno nad asfaltkou, ešte k tomu je v zákrute, takže ak chcete ísť k moru, je to dosť stresujúce, krútite krkom ako na tenise. Píšem k moru, nie na pláž, lebo to čierne bahno s plytkou, prehriatou a smrdľavou vodou sa plážou určite nazvať nedá. Jedine ak by to ponúkali ako kúpele, lebo takto to vyzeralo ako bačorina a nohy sme si v nej omočili len v núdzi. Kúsok je síce aj iná pláž, ale súkromná, takže nás z nej pekne vyhodili. Takže síce bývate pri mori, ale môžete sa ním akurát tak nadchýňať a vzdychať, aké je to super. No ak sa chcete ísť okúpať a mať z toho aj estetický zážitok, musíte cestovať autom do iného kúta ostrova.
Domáci sa síce snažia, ale keď bolo v septembri v noci chladno, odmietli prikúriť, aj keď sme tam mali malé deti. Aspoň sme si povedali, že budú otužilé...
Dom je zariadený starým nábytkom, čo by až tak nevadilo, horšie to bolo s čistotou, najmä najväčší apartmán mal v tomto nedostatky, všelijaké dečky na zemi v kúpelniach už na prvý pohľad vyzerali ako miesto zjazdu všetkých baktérií sveta. Boli tam aj dve kúpelne so záchodmi, škoda, že v tej väčšej záchod poriadne nespľachoval a umývadlo neodtekalo, tak sme sa všetci striedali v tej menšej.
Ale inak je Chorvátsko super, na Rabe je pekne, akurát nie v tomto dome na tomto mieste.

Nazvali sme to "Dom hrozy pri smrdutom bahne". Bolo tam chladno, neutulne, zatuchnuto, rozhegana makka postel. Najblizsia "plaz" bol piesok s bahnom hned pri frekventovanej ceste. Je pravda, ze za pekneho pocasia by to mozno cele vyznievalo menej depresivne.. Domaci sa vcelku snazili a boli mili, no toto miesto si urcite uz nevyberieme..
