Pored nekih sitnica koje nisu bile u redu, nestajanje struje, vode, interneta kojeg više nije bilo nego što jeste, buđenja od strane vlasnika u pola noći i u 6h ujutro, nepodnošljive buke jer nema nikakvog kućnog reda, osvrnula bih se na situaciju gdje je gdin. Marko bez naše dozvole i znanja ulazio u naš apartman kad nismo bili tu, pod izgovorom da provjeri da li smo sve uređaje pogasili. Obzirom da znam da je to krivično djelo, ovim putem se obraćam Vama u nadi da će moje iskustvo i recenzija imati uticaja.

The accommodation is located in a wonderful location, from the balcony you can see high mountains on one side and the sea on the other. The rooms are clean, the furniture is new and fresh, the kitchen equipment is sufficient. The bathroom is also clean and hygienic. The host is a very nice old man, he helped us with everything. Air conditioning is free of charge. It is located in a quiet Mediterranean village environment, the beach can be reached by a long flight of stairs, this should be taken into account by older people and people with limited mobility when planning. I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax in a calm, quiet environment.

Imposible que a una persona con un mínimo de decencia le guste algo de aquí.
Comunicación nefasta. Y no sólo por el idioma. La falta de voluntad y empatía eran más que notorias. La única palabra que le interesó pronunciar en inglés es "money, money".
Ah, y "passports". Que nos los cogió y no nos los quiso devolver. Tuve que insistir de forma rotunda, y con avisos de posible llamada a la policía.
Trató de engañarnos un par de veces con el precio de la reserva. Obviamente, no coló. La factura la recibimos un día después desde una agencia, el propietario (una persona mayor sin empatía ni ganas de nada) no quería saber nada. Es evidente que alguien lleva el negocio y ellos (que viven ahí) se encargan (o no) de recibir a los invitados.
Del apartamento mejor ni hablar. La sensación al entrar es que estábamos en la peor estancia de nuestra larga vida viajera (el peor de Croacia sin duda alguna).
Todo sucio y dejado de la mano de Dios. Mala ventilación, olor a orina. Aparatos desconectados o que no funcionaban. Baño de asco: restos de suciedad por todos lados (espejos, inodoro, ducha...). Indescriptible el cuerpo que se te queda (y más en tiempos de Covid-19).
No había ningún artículo de nada. Ni de baño, ni de cocina. Ni sillas. Ni mesillas.
El jabón de manos tenía moho en el aplicador.
No utilizamos nada del apartamento apenas. Ducharse fue una odisea, desinfectando previamente con todo lo que podíamos.
Y dormir... pues no había otro remedio. De puro agotamiento.
El horror convertido en apartamento. No se lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo.
El propietario continuamente apagando todo. Realmente cutre.
Lo único bueno la ubicación. Pese a estar cerca de la D8 (principal), el acceso nos pareció sencillo.
Huid como de la peste.

Ubytovanie zodpovedá fotografiám,pre dvoch vystačilo, čisté.Mali sme tam všetko potrebné na kratší pobyt. Domáci pán veľmi milý.Plaž nie je ďaleko ale cez hlavnú cestu a do kopca. :)

Z namestitvijo sva bila s partnerjem izredno zadovoljna. Apartma je bil čist, z dovolj posode za kuhanje, parkirišče je bilo urejeno. Lastnik pa je bil izredno prijazen, dobrovoljen in pripravljen karkoli razložiti in se pogovarjati. <3

Sympatyczny gospodarz, piękne widoki z balkonu, pokój świetnie wyposażony. Pasowałoby odświeżyć łazienkę i wstawić szafki koło łóżek. Szeroka i długa, a zarazem w miarę pusta plaża. 3 minuty z domu do wody. Dobre miejsce na wypady do Dubrownika Splitu czy Makarskiej. Polecam.

Posto smo isli do Zaostroga, a i autom dan poslije do malog drvenika, mogu boravak ocijeniti kao odlican. Smjestaj je bio vrlo dobar, cisto, sve kako je i napisano na bookingu. Mala kuhinja al dovoljna za mladi par :)

Nagyon zavaró volt,hogy a megadott számon elérhetö tulaj nem beszél nyelveket. Nem is tudott segítséget nyújtani az ingatlan megtalálásában. A fürdöszoba ablaka a közlekedö lépcsöházra nézett,Ami esti fénynél különösen kellemetlen. A környékbeli hasonló szállások mind leg nonfictional oval,tv-vel és hajszárítóval vannak ellátva. A szálláson ezek mindegyike hiányzott. A szemetünket is nekünk kellett kivinni magunk után. A részleges tengeri kilátáson kívül nem igen tudunk más pozitívumot említeni :|

Do plaży nie daleko, jednak trzeba przejść ruchliwa drogę, Gospodarz miły , nie mówi jednak po angielsku, z nami rozmawiał tylko po niemiecku. Duży plus za duży taras, nie ma klimatyzacji, co może być trochę uciążliwe, ale trzeba powiedzieć ze klimatyzacji nie ma w ofercie.
Miejscowość ok, plaża może nie duża , ale też nie ma tam tłumów, domy, sklep kantor.
Na jakąś rozrywkę można liczyć w nieodległym Gradacu

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem i zdjęciami. Gospodarze jak najbardziej ok
Co do minusów to:
* Brak markizy nad balkonem (ciut cienia by się przydał) jeśli się zdecydujemy raz jeszcze przyjechać ustaliliśmy że kupimy sobie sami parasol który wykorzystamy również na plaży.
* Aż prosi się żeby koło łóżka znalazły się jakieś szafki na których można coś położyć leżąc na łóżku.
Reasumując: szczerze polecamy ;)
Miejscowość idealna dla osób które lubią spacerować. W dwóch kierunkach przy plaży deptaki ;)

Kwatera zgodna z opisem, czyli to co na zdjęciach, to w pokoju, który jak widać wyposażony jest minimalistycznie. Nam trochę brakowało paru drobiazgów, takich jak: suszarka do naczyń czy choćby zasłona prysznicowa, bo po każdej kąpieli łazienka była cała zachlapana, poza tym wszystko było OK. Na gospodarzy nie można powiedzieć złego słowa, są to bardzo mili starsi ludzie, ich obecność w obiekcie była dla nas niezauważalna. Ogólnie apartament oceniamy pozytywnie.

Nie polecam ze względu na kilka istotnych zastrzeżeń:
1. brak parkingu na podwórku wynajmującego -
otrzymaliśmy miejsce przy głównej drodze.
2. brak internetu przez pierwsze 3 dni pobytu.
3. pobyt uprzykrzał nam remont w budynku mieszczącym się naprzeciwko naszego balkonu (codzienne wiercenie, stukanie, ustawianie
rusztowań itp).
4. Ogólny nieporządek w pokoju, zapchany spływ prysznica, cieknąca spłuczka, poplamione i dziurawe prześcieradło.

Gospodarze to przemili ludzie, serdeczni i uczynni. Apartamenty czyste, niewielkie ale przytulne, dość skromnie urządzone - szczególnie aneks kuchenny, natomiast zapewnione są środki czystości, ręczniki itp. Położenie świetne- ulica, 84 schodki i jest się na kamienistej plaży. Przyda się karimata- kamienie są dość spore. Jako baza wypadowa jest to świetne miejsce. Dodatkowo nie tak zatłoczone jak pozostałe plaże. Do samego Gradaca można dojść urokliwą promenadą. Polecamy wszystkim gorąco!
