Conditions for entering Croatia with a dog
The dog must be microchipped, have a passport and a valid rabies vaccination.
Only those breeds of bull terriers that are recognized by the FCI (International Kennel Club) and the owner has a pedigree from the dog are allowed to enter the country. Crossbreeds of bull terriers are not allowed to enter Croatia. If a dog is a bull terrier cross, it is presumed to be a bull terrier cross.

Vse od začetka, do konca nas je razočaralo! Že ob prihodu nam je gospodar (ali skrbnik, oziroma čistilka in vse kar je v eni osebi - pa za to ne krivim njega) najprej pobral preostanek denarja, ne da bi nam pokazal bivalno enoto, čeprav smo to želeli. Ker to pač oni tako ne delajo. Zunanjost objekta še daje nekaj upanja, notranjost pa je obupna. Lastniki bi morali vložiti v obnovo in predvsem novo opremo. Ne moremo v današnjih časih spati na vzmetnici (dobesedno s kovinskimi vzmetmi - jogiji)!? Soba je prvotno bila zasnovana kot dvoposteljna, kar dokazuje nekakšno dovoljenje, ki bi bilo bolje da ga ni bilo tam na regalu, ker se tudi ne ujema s požarnim redom in dejanskim stanjem. Skratka...soba je predelana v "apartma za 6" in to s tem, da je v sobo dodan en raztegljiv kavč in en v kuhinjo (ki je očitno nastala iz terase ali balkona). Ob prihodu so nas po vseh prostorih pričakali dolgi črni lasje po tleh, torej je čiščenje zelo površno, da ne govorim o ostalih zadevah (odduh WC-ja v kuhinjo je vrhunec). Organizirati si spanje s tremi otroci v taki situaciji, je pravi izziv. Iz dneva v dan si bolj utrujen in komaj čakaš da greš domov. EDINA res pozitivna stvar je ta, da je plaža na dosegu roke, praktično pod vrtom - cca 50 m. Destinacijo bi priporočil mladim, ki jim spanje ni na prvem mestu, nikakor pa ne družinam ali občutljivim na pomanjkljivosti, ki sem jih navedel zgoraj. Nekdo lahko reče "kolikor denarja - toliko muzike", a za tako nastanitev bi bilo tudi 50 € preveč.

Hodně skromné, ale dostačující. Problém byl jen v tom, že ve smlouvě bylo uvedeno, že ubytování zahrnuje kuchyň. Ta ovšem nebyla a byla nám nabídnuta k využití kuchyň společná za poplatek 5Eur denně. Vařili jsme si na vlastním plynovém hořáčku na balkoně.

A szállás összességében jó volt. 3 - as számú apartmanban voltunk, ahol volt egy nappali, fürdő, és egy konyha-félszoba egyben. Terasz a nappaliból, és a konyha-félszobából is nyílt. A part mentén vannak fák, így a kilátás takart, de így is szép. A parkolási lehetőség nagyon kevés a szállás mennyiségéhez képest. Többször is matekozni kellett hova fér el az autó ha később értünk haza a partról és elfoglalták a parkolók többségét. Van lehetőség grillezni, de az egy ilyen tákolt cucc. Illetve van egy ~ 15 éves sup, ami grátiszként használható. Ár-érték arányban jó, nem kell csodát várni, de cserébe az ár se annyira kimagasló.

Tenhle pokoj taky nebyl náš????měli jsme objednány apartmán pro 10 osob bohužel jsme byli ubytování do třech pokojů z toho dva bez klimatizace a terasy a kuchyně kuchyně za příplatek ve sklepě :( špína prach ????na wc člověk musel couvat majitel raději rekne ze nerozumí a jen mlel dokola agentura to agentura tak nevim ????♀️Jediné dobre byla pláž která byla sice dal ale nádherné moře i pláž soukromá pláž u domu smrad bordel plný koš :S

A szállásadó nagyon kedves volt és segítőkész. Próbált mindenhez segítséget nyújtani. De a vendéglátáshoz egyáltalán nem ért. Lelakott, koszos szobák, elhanyagolt, kopott bútorok. Egyszerűen mély csalódás és kritikán aluli. Akik mellettünk jöttek olasz pár el kellett menni felmosó szettet venni, mert minden koszos. Nem is értem egyszerűen, az Adriatic.hr miért nem ellenőrzi mit hirdet. Az egész nyaralásunk tönkre ment, mert nem tudtunk ott maradni, el kellett jönnünk. Soha náluk nem foglalunk többet. :( :( :( :( :worried:

:i skromná izbička, sprchový kút v ktorom sa nedá poriadne otočiť a nedá sa nastaviť poriadne voda... Spoločná kuchynka pre chodbu na ktorej je 6 izieb... Za mňa zatiaľ najhoršie ubytovanie v Chorvátsku. Majiteľ je síce milý pán ale poskytované služby zďaleka nesplnili naše očakávanie...

Érkezésünkkor volt némi problémánk ( zárhatatlan ablak, csöpögő mosdókagyló, üvegszilánkok a nappaliban), de ezek megoldásában partner volt a tulaj. Az apartman elosztása tökéletes, a hatalmas terasz kimondottan hasznos tere a szállásnak. Családnak is, baráti társaságnak is ajánlom, mi szerettük!

Celkově jsem byla s ubytováním spokojená. Provozovatel ubytování byl vstřícný a přátelský. Vytkla bych jen to, že na pokoji nebyl utřený prach na polici za postelí. A že jsem předem nebyla upozorněna, že v pokoji není kuchyň a za použití samostatné kuchyně se platí denní taxa. Myslím, že minimálně na skutečnost, že za kuchyň se platí, jsem měla být upozorněna předem. Kuchyň byla dobře vybavená, nicméně také by potřebovala důkladnější celkový úklid.

Lokalita je v celku dobra, ale nie pre hosta so psom, pretoze na najblizsie plaze nema pristup pes a je treba ist autom na vzdialenejsie plaze. Vybavenie studia je starsie, ale najhorsi bol zapach z kanalizacie siriaci sa z kupelne a chybajuce umyvadlo kuchynskeho kutika.

Miesce i plaza wspaniale! Pan Drażen,który nas przyjął super facet. Zabawny,pomocny itd.
Natomiast co do włascicieli...wiele do zyczenia. Pretensje mieli o klimatyzacje. O zbyt duze zuzycie wody itd. (Przypominam ze za to wszystko placilismy).Córka zranila sie w noge szkłem.Pan Drażen chcial byc pomocny i zawiez nas na pogotowie,niestety wlascicielka najpierw zrobila problem ze nie jego transportem.Potem gdy juz kolezanka wrocila ze sklepu i mialam juz swoje auto,zeby jechac to wtedy Pani "niemka" nie pozwolila w ogole jechac Panu Drażenowi. Az apartman nagyon jó helyen van, csendes környék, étterem, bolt a közelben. Kicsi stand a kert végében, tökéletes, nem zsúfolt. A szoba legjobb része a nagy tengerre néző terasz. Klíma, ventilátor nincs, nem árt vinni. A berendezés elég retro, de ha ezen túllépsz, nagyon jól fogod érezni magad. Aki nem szereti a zsúfoltságot, és nyugalomra vágyik, annak nagyon jó hely Povljana.

DA EVITARE! Appartamento piccolo, vecchio e bisognoso di una profonda sistemata. Vista bruttissima. Terrazzo stretto e senza tettoia. Proprietaria scorbutica,invadente e non riuscivamo a capirci visto che parla solo croato-tedesco. L'ultimo giorno è piombata prima del check out in appartamento,senza essere da noi aperta, cominciando a pulire con noi e le nostre valigie ancora da chiudere. Polacy, unikajcie tego miejsca jak ognia. Pokój w którym z rodziną mieszkaliśmy był absolutnie nieprzystosowany dla trzech dorosłych osób (łóżko piętrowe dla dzieci, meble z lat 60', cuchnąca pościel). Gospodarze niezwykle natrętni, kontrolujący gościa. Płatna kuchnia to graciarnia z garnkami które pamiętają bitwę pod Austerlitz, nie mówiąc już o biurze urządzonym przy wejściu i starych rupieciach rozsianych kupą po całym terenie. Grill z cegieł i ławka to jedyne atrakcje hotelowe.

Zvonku vyzera apartmanovy dom dobre, ale akonahle vojdete do izby S-6476-a, ocitnete sa o pol storocia naspat. Matrace, nabytok a celkovy dojem je ako z roku 1960. Navyse, steny boli spinave (peciatky po komaroch neberiem do uvahy), pretoze asi je velky problem aspon raz za rok vybielit (mam aj fotodokumentaciu). Na zvracanie vam pride zo spolocnej kuchyne, v ktorej su hrnce, ktore zazili este asi druhu svetovu vojnu. Pozitivne mozno hodnotit blizkost mensej plaze a krasnej plaze o 250 m dalej.

Studio v katerem sva bivala z možem nikakor ne more imeti oznake tri zvezdice. Ne zasluži si nobene zvezdice. Oprema je stara in predpotopna. Na postelji je težko, če ne kar nemogoče spati, ker škriplje pri vsakem premiku za povrh je ležišče staro in trdo.Pomivanje posode je možno le v kopalnici pod tušem kar je nesprejemljivo saj se odtok maši in hrbtenica trpi.
