How do we see it?

In a modern, urban villa with eight apartments, located in Makarska, town district „Zelenka“, we have a three bedroom apartment over two floors for lease. The apartment has three double bedrooms for 6+1 person and a surface of 94 m2. The seventh person or the two kids up to 12 years of age, sleep on the couch in the living room. Couch easily converts into spacious bed 1,90 m x 1,20 m. The apartment has a separate entrance, balconies and bathrooms on both floors, three double bedrooms, an open kitchen, dining and living room in one space. Sat tv, air conditioning and wi-fi internet are standard equipment of apartment, as well as one parking space and a garage. These amenities are not charged extra, nor do we charge the tourist tax. Straight line distance to the beach is 545 meters and real distance is 630 meters (by car or on foot). Half of way is through a pine tree forest... Passage for pedestrians under main road is available.

Celkově příjemné, čisté, přiměřeně vybavené. Přistýlky (2) byly velmi nekomfortní, těžko se na nich dalo vyspat. Sousedé v objektu jsou často rušeni dupáním dětí a podle toho reagují.
