Conditions for entering Croatia with a dog
The dog must be microchipped, have a passport and a valid rabies vaccination.
Only those breeds of bull terriers that are recognized by the FCI (International Kennel Club) and the owner has a pedigree from the dog are allowed to enter the country. Crossbreeds of bull terriers are not allowed to enter Croatia. If a dog is a bull terrier cross, it is presumed to be a bull terrier cross.

Stanovanje umazano, na tleh vidna umazanija, umivalnik v kopalnici zamašen. Oprema dotrajana, kuhinjska vratca od omarice padla dol. Hladilnik se težko zapira. Smrdi v stanovanju. Brisače smo dobili samo dve, wc papir je bil samo ena rolica. Predvsem zelo razočarani nad čistočo. Dobra stran je edino bližina plaže.

Apartman pre 4 osoby bolo dobre , vrámci ale toho ze človek sa vyspi a cely deň je preč , výbava kuchyne dostacujuca ale potrebovala by doplniť aspoň o poháre a šálky ktoré chýbali, sprcha bol väčší problém ale zvládli sme . Ale odporúčam doplniť fotky schodov keďže nebolo nikde spomenuté že sú tocive schody tie robili problém keďže sme neboli všetci zdravy . Poloha je dobra . Majitelia by mali dbať o vonkajšie priestory

Apartma u kojem smo boravili je solidan za nezahtjevne turiste.Pokučstvo je starije.Ima jedino noviji TV i klimu.Primedbu bi imali na tuš.Voda je napeljana iz malog bojlera u kuhinji pa ubrzo pri tuširanju počinje teči hladna voda.Vlasnica je vrlo stara gospođa pa ni nije za očekivati, da bi sad nešto menjala. Tako da za četiri,pet dana možeš sasvim solidno boraviti u apartmanu.

Ich bin ehrlich überzeugt von euch und wegen die Beschwerung, ich will von ihnen das sie mir einfach 200€ Oder wie viel es zu erhalten ist,von den kompletten Betrag die ich bezahlt habe ein Rückerstattung zu erhalten ?
Das ist doch nicht normal das Booking sich darüber nicht kümmert und die Kunden wieder gut machen.

Ich habe bereit den Vermieter gesagt alles das es nicht normal ist das habe ich nicht so gesehen auf die Bilder und auf die Bilder ist auch nichts zu sehen, er sagte das ich mich bei euch beschweren muss, er wollte nichts davon wissen,sagte wenn es euch nicht passt kann ich nichts dafür .
Ich habe 1200km gemacht für so einen katastrophalen Apartment.

Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber. Überall waren Spinnenweben und Staub. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist TOP

A hazi neni nagyon kedves es segitokesz, de csak nemetul beszel valamennyit.
A szallas nem a legujjabbak kozul valo, de tiszta, alapvetoen jol felszerelt, egy het vendegeskedesre teljesen alkalmas.
Amit vigyetek pluszban, mosogatoszer es szivacs, labelo a furdoszobai zuhany ele kileponek, szappan kezmosashoz, ruhacsipeszek teregeteshez (5 embernek keves volt es szeles idoben kotelezo, egyebkent reggel a szomszedoktol kerheted vissza az erkelyen kiteregetett holmidat :) ), eloszto, ha nem akarjatok a konyhai fogyasztokat ki-, bedugdosni.
Parkolas, 2 auto egymas mogott a kertben, igy a belsonek egyezkedni kell az egyik szomszedos berlovel, tobbi auto az utcan, a hazineni foglal helyet kint ugy lattuk, de teljesen tomve van, szinte sosincs egyeb ures hely, maga a parkolas is jo jatek, az utca alapbol szuk, parkolas meggatlo oszlopokkal teli :)
A strand, feher, apro murvaval feltoltott, gyerekeseknek megfelelobb mint az ottani megszokott nagy kavicsos partok, de csak par meter hosszban befele, azutan mar a megszokott modon mellyul, igy figyelni kell a gyerkokre, ez egyben a hatranya is, augusztusi foidenyben, rettenetesen zsufolt, aki nem szereti a tomeget messzirol kerulje el. Etel, ital par lepesre kaphato a strand mogotti uton, a kiszolgalo helyek az ut es a strand felol is nyitottak, sorban allas nem nagyon volt.
A varos, hangulatos, az emberek kedvesek, az ettermek es pincerek tobbsege jo, nem volt igazan negativ tapasztalatunk, pedig direkt minden este uj helyet probaltunk ki.

A tulajdonosok kedvesen fogadtak. A konyha felszereltsége bővült mikróval és vízforralóval az ajánlathoz képest, aminek nagyon örültünk. Nagyon közel van a strand, jól éreztük magunkat. :)

Die Duschkabine, das Waschbecken, die Toilette waren schmutzig.
Das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab.
War total versüfft alles!
Das Klo hat keine "normale" Spülung. Es gibt einen Schalter, mit dem man das Wasser laufen lässt bis das "Geschäft" irgendwann runtergespült wird. Das Klopapier blieb meistens drin. :(
Handtücher gab es erst auf Anfrage.
Die Küche hatte kein Geschirrtuch.
Besteck? Na ja. Wir mussten uns 1 Teelöffel auf 5 Leute aufteilen.
Genauso sah es mit Gläsern und Tassen aus.
Für 120 € pro Nacht überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert!
Der Strand oder die Strände waren total überfüllt! Man tritt teilweise auf die Strandtücher von den Anderen, weil kein Platz da ist. Katastrophe!!!!
Die meisten Einheimischen unfreundlich.
Uns wurde sogar gesagt (als die Straße so voll war, dass unsere Kinder nicht weiterlaufen konnten): " das ist doch nicht normal. Ihr seid nur Touristen. "

Don't choose this apartement. It is terrible! We could hardly sleep in the beds, because they were so uncomfortable. The toilet was not functioning properly so it smelled and we had to throw the toilet paper in a bin, and there hardly came any water from the shower. There were a lot of spiders and spider webs when we arrived and the owner didn't clean it even though we asked her. There were a lot of silverfish. The stove was not working, only one of two hotplates was working, so we couldn't cook as we planned... The air condition was working but it was located in the living room so it was really hot in the bedroom and bathroom. We asked to be moved to another apartement or at least get some money back, but they refused it. So, DON'T choose this apartment! You will regret it! They should not hire this apartment at all until it's totally renovated!!! :(

Tavaly itt töltöttünk egy hetet. Idén ugyanide megyünk vissza augusztus 8-17-ig. Az apartmanok hiányosságait a legnagyobb készséggel tolerálta javította a tulajdonos. Talán a legnagyobb dícséret hogy ugyanide megyünk vissza mind a hatan (Tóth Elekekkel)

Ubytování jako celek dobré - čisto, neopotřebovaný nábytek, ale ... chybělo základní vybavení kuchyňky jako rychlovarná konvice či mikrovlnná trouba. Chyběly úplně ručníky, což je jinde standard - museli jsme dokupovat na místě. V koupelně zápach z odtokového kanálku a byl slyšet nepřiměřený hluk při používání koupelny v jednotce v patře nad. Jinak od majitelky příjemný přístup.

Расположение дома и сам городок Сельце отличные. А вот про качество самих аппартаментов этого сказать не могу. Дом старый ,и как следствие, старая сантехника и душ постоянно забивался. Были удивлены, что не были предложены полотенца, да и вообще детали указывали на то, что хорошо бы проверять дом перед заездом- не закрывалась дверь в туалет и не работала единственная лампочка в кухунном уголке.
Есть и плюсы- доброжелательные хозяева, замечательные виды с балконов, прекрасеый садик.
