- Drinking water comes from storing reservoir (10 m3).
- Guests are asked to be carefull with their water comsumption. Additional supply of drinking water is not possible.
- Water is only in the kitchen and bathroom.
- 12 V solar energy in the house.
- The electricity for the property´s 220/230 V (you can charge only cell phones and notebooks).
- Fridge(120 l) is not run by electricity but gas.

The remaining balance of 53.5% is to be paid in Euros directly to the owner of the property upon your arrival. The amount of the balance to be paid will be shown on the reservation slip (voucher) that you receive once your deposit has been received.
