How do we see it?
Holiday house Mia is a house with a sea view, perfect for families, group of friends or couples, as well as your furry friends. 30m away from the beach.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. Both of the rooms have wardrobes. The living room also has a sofa bed along with a flat screen TV and a fire place. There is a dining area with an equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, dishwasher and all the cutlery, plates and cups. The bathroom has a bath tub and a washing machine. There is a front and back terrace with a table and 4 chairs. On the front terrace there are two parasols to protect you from the sun. There is a large garden where you have access to an outside shower as well as a BBQ. The house provides two air conditioning, one in the dining area and one in the living room as well as free WI-FI. Guests are provided with clean bed linen, towels, toilet paper.
Guests will be personally welcomed. Guests are provided with free private parking.

Conditions for entering Croatia with a dog
The dog must be microchipped, have a passport and a valid rabies vaccination.
Only those breeds of bull terriers that are recognized by the FCI (International Kennel Club) and the owner has a pedigree from the dog are allowed to enter the country. Crossbreeds of bull terriers are not allowed to enter Croatia. If a dog is a bull terrier cross, it is presumed to be a bull terrier cross.

How to book your stay?
You can book your stay by paying an advance payment of about 50% of the total price and pay the rest to the owner of the property on the spot in euros. If you do not want to take cash with you, you can send the other half to us 45 days before your stay and we will send the payment to the owner. You can pay by card, bank transfer, vouchers, or for example by an employee benefits.
