How do we see it?

The nature house is located directly on the beach on the island of Pasman, where is a restaurant, which is with its Dalmatian cuisine loved by sailors. This island has a regular connection with the mainland - it takes about 15min with the ferry to get to the island from Biograd na moru, and the ferry is leaving more then 10 times a day. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, starting from this house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.

This holiday house to rent can accommodate up to 6 persons, as it has three bedrooms, two with a queen bed and one with a bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery, refrigerator with freezer compartment, cooking stove on gas (no oven), and a fireplace. House also offers you barbecue and outside shower.This is a pet-friendly house; pets are welcome here, against a surcharge. Please state in your inquiry with how many pets are you travelling.

The house is accessible by car to about 50m distance, on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. These roads are passable for a regular car, but with slow and careful driving. The advantage of having your car by the house is that you may easily go on trips and explore not only the immediate, but also the wider area, which offers many attractive excursion locations. Parking in the bay of Landjin is free of charge. Ferry tickets are not included in the price.The fresh water reservoir holds 20.000 l. Electricity is generated by solar power, 12 V, but regrettably no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom, which is placed otuside of the main building. The toillet uses sea water for flushing. The outside shower functions on the principles of free fall, with water from the reservoar. Water and electricity should be spent sparingly here. This water is staying in the tank in hot weather; we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation purchase bottled water for drinking.

Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. Rentals during winter are possible, but water can only get heated on the stove, and heating materials will create an extra cost. Bed linen are prepared for you. Fresh bed linen arrives once a week. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available, please bring your own. Bring along your cell phone, so you can contact us in case of need. Mobile phones can be recharged in the house with your regular household charger. Guests may have WiFi (WLan) internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver´s license).

Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our partner agency, because the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night and after the last ferry to the island has sailed out even impossible. After the check-in in agency you will travel to the island.

Nám tento typ dovolené vyhovuje. Pláž není vhodná pro malé děti, ale ty my už nemáme, takže ok. Naše velké děti ocenily skákání z mola do velké hloubky. Jen jsme museli při vystupování z moře dávat pozor na ježky.

Trošku jsme se zamotali v Biogradu při hledání Chorvatské cestovky, která musela zorganizovat "naše vyzvednutí" majitelem, protože ten neumí ani česky, anglicky či německy. Majitelé jsou příjemní, pouze nás doprovodili k chatě a víc jsme ho nepotřebovali. Ale vše ok.

Nám tento typ ubytování naprosto vyhovuje a byli jsme z dovolené nadšení. Je to typ chatky, žádný luxus co se týče vybavení, ale luxus co se týče soukromí a klidu. Což pro nás bylo prioritou. Molo a pláž je skutečně jen pro vás. Je tam sice pár domečků, ale ty byly i v sezónu skoro prázdné. V zálivu počítejte s větším počtem jachet, ale to moři dodalo spíše pěknou atmosféru - lidé na nich nebyli nijak hluční. Cestovka píše, že majitel vás 3km doveze, ale my dojeli až cca 200m k domku, sice pomalu a opatrně, ale dalo se (cesta vypadá, že byla letos upravovaná, proto možná mají zastaralou informaci). Jedinou velkou nevýhodou byly obě manželské postele, které jsou spíše pro jednoho, než pro dva. Takže 4 lidé se vyspí perfektně, ale v 6 si to nedovedu představit. Nás bylo 5 a protože máme 10letou hubenou holčičku, tak jsme se s remcáním vyspali. Dva pokoje mají maličkou manželskou postel a jeden (se vchodem z druhé strany domečku) je patrovka, kdy spodní postel je větší a horní hodně úzká. Je třeba s tímto počítat. Sprcha v objektu je (což na foto není vidět), ale jen ze studenou vodou. Děti využívaly raději venkovní. Reid je zbytečné brát - jediná funkční zásuvka je v jídelně, takže doporučuji repelent. Z nádobí tam bylo naprosto všechno. Pitnou vodu nutno kupovat, což je na ostrově normální.

Majitel nás přivítal, dovedl na místo, řekl potřebné, dal nám kontakt, ale už jsme nic nepotřebovali, tak jsme se už neviděli.
