This is a true eco villa because the electricity for domestic use is provided only from the Sun, and the strength of consumer power is limited to 1.5 kW. Please, use only the hair dryer located in the house. Villa is also an ideal destination for lovers of nature and animals, activities such as biking, hiking, paragliding, hang gliding, rock climbing and horseback riding.

The supermarket is 2,5 km away. For all animal lovers, on 3 minutes’ walk, there is the riding club Horse Valley. Nearby EKO Villa there are several well-known taverns where you can taste traditional local specialties. The village Kotli with its beautiful waterfalls and mills (2.5 km), the smallest town in the world Hum (2.5 km) and Roc (2.5 km) will impress every visitor. City of truffles Buzet, Motovun, Draguc, Groznjan, Oprtalj and castle Pietrapelosa are within easy reach with their picturesque old settlements and streets on top of a hill. For lovers of the sea there are beautiful beaches 35 minutes away by car (Opatija).
