How far is the house from the sea and where to go to swim?

How do we see it?
Apartments Jakov are situated 150 m from the sea in the vila district Lozica in Rogoznica. There are 4 comfortably equipped apartments with a seating area on a balcony or a terrace. The use of wi-fi internet and air conditioning is included in the price. The house has a spacious car park and is surrounded by greenery. Guests may also use a big grill near the house. By arrangement with the owner, you may rent bicycles and go for trips in the near vicinity. If you bring your own boat, you may moor it for free near the house.
Rogoznica is a pleasant calm seaside resort. There are beautiful pebble beaches with various sports activities and options of refreshments. There is a market with a wide variety of fruit, vegetables and fresh fish, a number of supermarkets and good restaurants in Rogoznica. Local pebble beaches are suitable even for the smallest kids. By its location Rogoznica is ideal to go for interesting trips. UNESCO destinations Split, Trogir and beautiful towns Primošten and Šibenik are not far from here. Conditions for entering Croatia with a dog
The dog must be microchipped, have a passport and a valid rabies vaccination.
Only those breeds of bull terriers that are recognized by the FCI (International Kennel Club) and the owner has a pedigree from the dog are allowed to enter the country. Crossbreeds of bull terriers are not allowed to enter Croatia. If a dog is a bull terrier cross, it is presumed to be a bull terrier cross.

Letovisko bylo krásné, pláže čisté a krásné. Na pláži café bar a Fast food stánek. Pro děti bylo na pláži dětské hřiště. Samozřejmostí byla sprcha a WC.

Majitelé byli úžasní. Na uvítanou nás pozvala paní majitelka do sklepa, kde jsme dostali pivo a limonádu.

Ubytování nás velice překvapilo. Ač neni u moře a nemá ani výhled, dorovnává to svým prostředím a čistotou. Okolo vilky je také čisto. Lze si půjčit kola, použít gril nebo si jen prostě posedět dole ve sklepě. Popis na webu odpovídá skutečnosti.
